Description

Specialties

Chef Ryan now offers Special Menu Items each evening after 6pm. Try our Chicken Fried Chicken on Friday nights or our French Roasted Half Chicken on Saturday nights. He also has a rotating Lamb selection on Sunday evenings.

We offer traditional European comfort food that is made fresh in house. We make our own corned beef and we make our own bread daily. We specialize in European and American craft beers with emphasis on low end as well as high end products.

History

Established in 2012.

The idea for Dan Diegos began several years ago. Founder and General Manager Ryan Fulton has always known he would eventually open his own restaurant. He spent the last 10 years getting ready for it both here and in Dallas, where he was the Kitchen Manager for several restaurants.

He decided early on after returning to San Diego to name his dream after his older brother Daniel who was a Sound Editor for movies in New York City. The nickname «Dan from San Diego» quickly became simply Dan Diego on the east coast, and after Daniel’s passing in 2011, the name was chosen. Ryan knew that his brother would also want to have a family based place where people could feel comfortable and welcome while enjoying good food and drinks.

So, we say,

Welcome and Enjoy!
