When we take action, we see results. When we see results; we feel invigorated — Then we are inclined to sustain the work that has been invested. History

Established in 2011.

President/​CEO/​Founder/​Owner; Terron J. Cook began as a self-​Published Author; publishing «Premonitions…of a Young Man; Unscathed,» in July of 2009; with A Plethora of Thoughts (Beautifully (I’m)patient) in March of 2011; as he attempted to make sense of the tumultuous circumstances surrounding his formative years; all the while; struggling with various deep-​seated issues and no support system. Book sales were extremely slow and Terron was forced to delve deep to try and create a positive path. Terron did so by applying his «Life-​Skills» to a company platform; which would be deemed as a Life-​Discipline concept; where a brand of products and services are offered; through Love, care and appropriate Energy. February 2013; Premonitions Ex Nihilo was established; offering a «Life-​Enhancement Package;» where personalized time, care and Energy are at the CORE of our Offerings. My mind often directs itself to those warm, balmy evenings in the midst of summer, back home, in Columbus, OH, as I would intricately record exact thoughts through the pen, straight to the paper. Many of these thoughts consisting of things one would dare not hold in real-​time conversation.

Writing was a sort of deliverance; in the sense that it provided an escape from the chaotic household environment, that so many young people are forced to endure during the most precious and developmental stages of their time here. What initially began as a mere thought, yet, an extremely strong desire to catalog the deep-​seated issues surrounding my past, emotional, Spiritual and various other struggles; my initial publication: «Premonitions…of a Young Man, Unscathed» was released, on July 14, 2009. Unbeknownst to me, this would permanently alter and set my Life in motion in a way never imagined. The release of this book precipitated a Profound change within; giving myself permission to BE.
