Great location and fast to do maintenance, however you pay, pay and pay for it. I lived here 3 years and they raised my rent almost 150 every year. Upon moving out, you would think i would get a portion of my deposit back. Nope i owed them money! On top of that they give you 2 weeks to pay and threaten you with collections. I payed them over 60 thousand in 3 years never late. Just insulting

I hate to write this Unilocal review because this NOT something I like to do. But if you are a new resident looking for an apartment, I would not live here. It has been impossible with this property. I have been an Irvine resident now for 2 years, and I wish I would have stayed at my old property. I have had to go through Corporate for anything to get done, which they have been great to try and resolve issues. From the moment I have moved in I have had nothing but issues with my unit, and am now dealing with a major leak. Maintenance has left my property outside and left my door unlocked when I was out of town. My whole apartment has been infested with ants, the carpet was dirty when I moved in, and there was mold in my shower. It’s just continuing issues, I just want out of my lease and to be done with this property. Thank you to the leasing agents in the office that have helped me, and tried to resolve some issues.

We have lived here for three years and have really enjoyed our stay here but our rent keeps getting higher every time we renew and NOTHING gets renovated. For the appliances, carpet, location, we can get a more updated apartment for the same price. At our old place in Chula Vista, they always offered incentives for renewing: carpet cleaning, new paint, etc. We have never been offered any incentive here.
Pros: Great location in Mission Valley. But be careful during football season, the traffic can be horrific from the apartment to Qualcomm Stadium. The maintenance team is fantastic. I have never had someone respond so quickly to any request as they do at Del Rio. The apartment layout is very well planned. I love how open our two bedroom feels and the bathrooms are a good size too. The master does not have a walking closet but the «His and her» closets work just fine. The amenities are fabulous! We live on the pet friendly side and everything is smaller/​less maintained here but still pretty decent. We love to go across the street to the huge, resort-​style pool with cabanas and beautiful scenery. The fitness center on that side is also bigger with cardio and weight machines.
Cons: SARAH! Good grief does that woman ever respond to anyone??? The only way I actually got anywhere with her was showing up to the actual leasing office. She would always remind me that I could call so I did. She called me one day and asked that I call her back. This was April 2015. I called and left FOUR messages to return HER call! Two with a live person and two on her machine. Incredibly unprofessional. I went in today and there was a new manager who was incredibly helpful and so nice so I am happy to be dealing with him from now on. The appliances are crap for the rent you will be paying. Old, grimy, and outdated. We have to get sinks, garbage disposals, and tubs, unclogged constantly. We have had our garbage disposal replaced twice after flooding our kitchen. The oven didn’t work for the first year because NOBODY believed that it wasn’t working properly. When you have to bake everything on 500 degrees, you have a problem. Finally, a nice maintenance worker fixed it and it has been fine ever since. The washer and dryer is terrible. Shrinks everything or doesn’t dry all the way. Leaks detergent all the time on clothing and they stay really really really dingy. You aren’t allowed to bring you own so we had to sell our nice washer and dryer. :(We are facing friars road and it is incredibly loud. I can never open the windows or doors. We knew what we were getting into but our rent STILL goes up every single year for this noisy area. Not happy. The AC does NOT evenly cool the house. It shoots right into our guest bedroom making it really cold and our master suite is always burning up. We ask for a ceiling fan and they said they would install one if we bought it. Oh hell no. We ended up getting a nice floor fan.
All in all, we have enjoyed living here and are thankful for the location and amenities but this rent business is making us move out and look for something worth the raise in rent: updated appliances and carpet and a better location than friars road.

I tried to contact Sara (the Asst. Manager) about my move-​out balance and, as usual, she cannot return an email or phone call.
The first time I contacted her, she didn’t respond so I emailed the Community Manager (Mark). Mark responded (as he always does!) and CC’ed Sara; then, and only then, did she decide to respond. Um, thanks.
… A few weeks go by and I had a follow-​up question so I tried to contact Sara directly. Ha. Silly me! Based on this review, I’m sure you know if she responded or not… Hhmm, of course she didn’t! Lol. Surprise, surprise, right? It’s almost been a month and she has yet to respond. Smh!
Moral of the Story: Do not rely on Sara for anything – I’d suggest you attempt to speak with someone else in management; Mark is always an excellent choice! He’s always professional; promptly replies to questions/​concerns; and, if he doesn’t know the answer to something – he’ll quickly find the answer and follow up with you in a timely manner.
RESPONSE TO MANAGEMENT:
If Sara no longer works at Del Rio – which is a good thing!!! – she could at least respond to her email or forward it to someone who could help me, as I didn’t receive a Return to Sender (email) notification so her Irvine Co. email is still valid… but I guess she’s just another property’s headache now. :)

To anyone who is considering a move to Del Rio, I suggest thinking about whether you want to get sleep while living here. I do not have any complaints about the interior apartments themselves and have never had an issue with parking, the staff, maintenance, or its close proximity to Qualcomm Stadium. The problem with Del Rio is that the design is such that it causes noise reverberation between the buildings, which means that community members should be aware of their noise and considerate of their neighbors. Most people are considerate, however, there is a group of young people who are nocturnal and are not considerate of their neighbors. Every night starting around 11 PM, this group of young people come out of their homes and rev and idle their cars for long periods of time and then drive around outside of the complex racing their cars. The noise of their engines revving causes the buildings to hum, as they park in an attached garage or close by under the parking canopies, and is enough to keep you awake or wake you from sleep. Even with the apartment windows shut, the noise is still very loud. But who wants to live somewhere that they cannot open their windows– and can’t sleep because of noise caused by a small group of people. YOU. You do not want to live here. Yes, the apartments are nice, the close proximity to the trolley, Costco, and shops is handy, the pool area is nice and there’s even a hot tub and well maintained gym. But… what is all of this if you can’t sleep at night so you’re exhausted each day at work, school, or doing whatever it is you do during the day. It is understood that Mission Valley is part of a city in densely populated California and there is going to be noise at night. I have lived in NYC and know that noise at all hours of the night is inevitable, but this is not NYC, this is a community of residents who did not move here expecting loud car engines to rattle their buildings and keep them up at night. Unfortunately, this has happened for many months now and nothing has changed, despite obvious complaints. It will be very unfortunate for Del Rio if the noise does not stop and complaints continue to be lodged with the police and a mediation service is involved. There are plenty of lovely places around San Diego to live and Del Rio would be one of them if it weren’t for the noise, but no action has been taken which means if you move here, you may not be able to sleep. I hope this review will help you in your apartment search.

Almost 3 years living here, and it’s getting worst. Homeless people chilling in the property like in there own home, taking shower by the pool, joining jacuzzi… checking what’s new in the trash. I can’t understand why we are paying for gates and security.
— security stuff– another issue; they never answer phone, they driving golf car like a drifting car, they are obviously not doing their job, I really can’t understand why they are here.
— dirty side walks already a while, I’m shy to call friends to my apartment, bc till they will get to my home they will pass destroyed side lighting, gross stains on the floor and most probably will meet one of the homeless guy.
— gates and doors to community most often are not working, so to get in to home you need to walk around all property to find the working entrance.
— management office; this guy’s knows how to talk to angry resident, they will make you calm, will promise to fix/​check/​call you back — what is never happened. If you coming back after a while waiting any feed back, they are changing the way of talk. This time they will explain you and find million reason why it’s not possible to do what you are complaining about.
It’s hard to reach them by phone, so you always have to walk there. But if they need $ from you, they will find you any time what ever you are.
I’m staying still here, just because unfortunately it happens that this buildings have really good layout and size of the apartments, but it is in a very bad hands.
Also there is an issue with the reds, my friends just moved out because few of them choose there home to settle.
Me and my husband planning to finish our relationship with Del Rio as soon as leasing over. Management office making just part of there job — sell the place, as soon as you sign the contract, nobody really care. Best place for people who is most of the time travel or not planning to see this place as home.

Here’s an updated review of the lovely Del Rio apartments. AVOID this place if you haven’t signed your lease yet. I have been living here since November 2012 and since my previous review, NOTHING has been improved. If anything, it’s gotten worst. The noise level is unbelievable. By noise level I will gladly tell you it’s solely coming from those «international students» in particularly the Saudi and Kuwaiti students. They are disrespectful to tenants, super loud, throw parties everyday with booze and girls AND they play loud Arabic music when driving in the lot while revving their engines all night long. They’re like vampires, they only come out at nights. Me and some neighbors have complained a million times with no luck from the management. I heard from a source that the management is getting bribed not to do anything about it. Some of you might ask well why are you still living here… We’ll we have been looking for a place to buy and to me it’s not worth the hassle to move out and rent somewhere else and then move again. As long as the management rents for those «international students» it will always be like this. Unless they take actions and confront those students/​tenants, maybe. Maaaaybe it will change. Besides the noise level, the hallways have been filthy and I see dog poo everywhere. Parking has been a nightmare as well lately. Bottom line, rent somewhere else and avoid this place. Unless you don’t mind living in a frat house .

No one told you not to follow the housing act guidelines, but when your office receives complaints about a certain apartment; you should immediately take actions. You need to give warnings of evictions to those loud and noisy tenants. Why should I or my neighbors suffer from those students? You say call the security? What security? You have no security on property because every time I call them about the noise, I either don’t get a hold of anyone OR when I do get to talk to someone, they tell me «ok I’ll send someone to your property and they’ll be there in 45 minutes». The majority of the time they don’t even show up. If there was ANY security on property, we wouldn’t be discussing this right now. Bottom line to the noise issue: you have handled this matter very very poorly for 3 years now and you don’t take tenant complaints seriously.
About the dirty grounds: I understand we are «in drought» but sweeping the floor and picking up the trash doesn’t require any water. The dog poo I was referring to is located at the no-​pet zone side of the complex.
About the parking situation… You only have people working the parking lots when there’s an event at the Qualcomm stadium. Unfortunately, I did bring all of the above to your attention many many times but you did nothing about it. It seems like you’re only concerned when people leave a Unilocal review but in reality you do nothing to fix those issues.

I’m not sure what’s going on but Del Rio is not maintaining the community like they should.
— called and left a voicemail asking for a parking violation situation to be dealt with and I specifically asked for a call back. No such luck back, but it seems like the parking violation has stopped.
— dog waste stations almost never have bags, and as a result fewer people are picking up after the animals.
— maintenance and security are constantly texting and driving in the golf carts.
— asked for the sidewalks and common areas to be cleaned in my building because someone vomited on the bottom floor in front of the first step. Never was cleaned.
I’m sure there’s more, but this is what I’ve noticed over last few months.

If we could give a negative rating we would. First of all, let us describe who we are. We are both graduate (MBA) students who appreciate quiet time as we need to constantly study.
We had an issue occurred 2 months ago that was resolved by Sara. She was really helpful and understanding and offered suggestions and help regarding an issue we were facing.
This review is not for the previous issue but for the current issue we are facing. We live in building 2212 and last month a group of international students moved in the building. They drive a corvette and a mustang. They have been revving their cars constantly late at night all the way until the early morning. Seeing as this month is filled with midterms, I asked them to kindly not rev their car as it disturbed everyone in the building (we talked to our neighbours). They responded with such sexist remarks about how I was a woman and needed to «shut up». My husband talked to them and they became hostile. We learnt that after we talked to them they were talking about fighting us and as a woman I am terrified of my safety. Management wouldn’t do anything about it and told us to keep complaining or we can move out if we wanted.
We were surprised that they wouldn’t do anything despite I was fearing for my safety (I walk to the trolley station daily and pass their side of the apartment building). I’ve told management that I’ve been harassed by «people who are similar to them» twice before. Hence me fearing for my safety.
Since management wouldn’t do anything, we’ve resulted into calling SDPD and they advised us that they would provide a restraining order if anything happens (our only hope for safety).
And also to top it all off, now they’re revving their cars super loud on purpose outside of our apartment every night. It was super loud that even security came zooming in. And yet, management wouldn’t do anything.
We just wish del rio would care about their residents. For future tenants: if you value quiet time, have children, and not looking forward to being disturbed by loud and inconsiderate international students (see other reviews) then this is not the place for you.
On a positive note: security, grounds staff and Sara are amazing.
Update: I received numerous messages from former and current del rio residents that they experienced the same thing and some even know exactly which group of international students I was referring to. Some even moved out of Del rio because of this particular group of students. And some had similar experiences with another group of students from the same country, that they too moved out because of it. I guess we’re not the only ones, del rio!

I have lived at Del Rio for a year so I will give you just the facts.
Pros:
* The Community and amenities are nice like the pool and fitness center. The community is also very nice and safe.
* The Irvine Company Staff are always nice and helpful.
* Can walk to trolley station and Starbucks and places to eat when you do not feel like driving
* Parking is no problem, I can always find plenty of open spaces.
Cons:
* The apartments need renovated. My bathroom sink clogs once a week and I am tired of requesting it be fixed. The cabinets are falling apart. The appliances are old and do not work very well. Overall the interior of the apartments are old and need updated. I know Del Rio is renovating some units so ask about this.
* Unless you do not mind the noise, do not get an apt to close to the trolley. I made that mistake and I can hear the trolley blow its horn three times every 15 minutes when it stops. I would like to open a window some time but the noise would be too much. If you chose to live at Del Rio get an apt inside the community away from the trolley station.
* The Irvine company has very strict rules. I needed to stay one extra month after my lease expired and it cost me an Extra $ 500 on top of my normal rent. Most places add about $ 200 for month to month.
Overall living at Del Rio was nice but I am moving to another community so I can be further from the Trolley station and get a nicer apartment with updated interior. However, if the location and price fit your needs there is really no good reason not to live there.

So two or even three stars for the apartments, community aspects, location. Also, the workers who fix the problems in the apartment are nice.
But one /​negative one star for the management and people working in the office. They are completely incompetent. In fact (before I moved out), my neighbors and I would often talk about how bad the management was — everyone seemed to agree. I think high-​schoolers could do a better job. No one seems to know what they are doing. ever. It’s extremely hard to get a hold of them over the phone — you always have to go into the leasing office and talk to them directly, which might actually be better because they will just give you erroneous information over the phone. Oh and when you do talk to them in person, you will have to remind them over and over (and over) again to do what you want to do (whether it be sending you paper work or changing some billing information).
When I decided to move out, I went into the leasing office and asked to put in my 30 days notice, one of the gentlemen (Mark or something — he had an actual office so he should have been a higher up /​know what he was doing) gave me a paper to fill out, which I did. I then asked «is that it, is there anything else?» and he told me no. About two weeks before we moved out, we called the office and asked if there was anything that we needed to do to complete the move-​out, anything we needed to schedule or what not (past apartments had us do more), again we were told no and that on our last day to just go to the leasing office with all our keys and someone would do a walk-​through with us. So on our last day, we did that — we went to the leasing office ready to do our walk through to get the deposit back — the girl in the office said that were supposed to receive a move out package and that we should have taken care of it before we were to do a walk through — that we should have been signed up to receive the package when we turned in our 30 days… when we explained to her that we asked multiple times if there was anything that needed to be done and were told by different people that there was nothing that needed to be done she replied saying that it wasn’t anyone’s fault. Clearly, it was 100% Del Rio’s fault. Again, their incompetence failed for them to handle a move out correctly. Are you kidding me? You don’t know how to move out your residents? You’re an apartment complex. The staff is very lazy and just wants to get rid of people. In retrospect, I wouldn’t be surprised if they did this on purpose. Because since we never «received the package» they had to do the walk through without us. We hired a professional cleaning company and the apartment was cleaner than when we moved in. I knew upon moving out obviously that we wouldn’t get the whole deposit back and I knew that the carpets would most likely need to be replaced and/​or cleaned. But again the apartment was extremely clean and we got so little of the deposit back. When we called Del Rio asking about why we got so little back and if they could provide some invoices to prove it, the girl on the phone seemed very unsure and said no — that it was their policy to take that much out — what do you mean policy?! This complex nickel and dimes you for sure.
When I moved out, it seemed like a lot of the neighbors were also moving out — after a while we realized that while the apartments were nice and the perks were cool — when you’re paying that much a month for rent, it better be more than just nice pools. The staff was unhelpful on so many bases that I was happy to move. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

.@IrvineCoApts My husband and I lived here April 2012 (Archstone Mission Valley) — June 2015 (Del Rio Apts, managed by Irvine Co.). Here’s the skinny:
Pros:
— Spacious apts
— Fairly quick access to freeways
— Dog friendly
— Mark F. in the leasing office; very nice and responsive
— I like the fact that they tow non-​residents who don’t use visitor spots; parking is already limited for the people who do live here! We ended up getting a garage, which helped a ton (esp. if you have bikes and live on 2^nd or 3^rd floor), though it costed us $ 60/​month
— Easy trolley access
— Short walk to Qualcomm for events
Cons:
— Property is 15 years old and is really showing its age
— Sloppy paint job upon our move in, dirty patio (stained)
— Dog poop not picked up as often as they used to when Archstone was running the place
— No package receipt notification and delivery drivers often just drop packages at the office (**TIP: Sign up for UPS My Choice and a FedEx profile (both free) to ensure packages are left at your door)
— New poop bag stations they installed after Archstone went away don’t have lids; creates an awful odor when they heat up from the sun
— Noisy: lived in bldg 2442 right next to Friars Rd.; traffic at all hours, plus sirens from the fire station near Qualcomm; thin windows made for many sleepless nights
— Nearly impossible to ever reach someone via phone in leasing/​management office
— Pedestrian gates on Fenton Pkwy were almost always broken
— Stairwells used to be swept regularly in Archstone days, but under Irvine Co. (even before the drought), the cleaners got lazy
— Kitchen in our 1131 sf 2 brm/​2 ba apt was ridiculously small with a poor amount of cupboard space and barely room for 2 people to be in the kitchen at one time
— Old appliances; pretty sure they are the originals from when the property was built in 2000
— Our A/​C crapped out at least 5x during our time here
— Walkability is decent, but no smaller grocery/​convenience store, just Costco and you get tired of the same handful of restaurants
— Dog park: they should have kept the bark floor version; the fake grass just collects ‘stuff’ and smells awful, especially when it’s warm outside
— Rent increases every time you renew your lease; while new people get deals, you don’t, even though you’re a loyal customer.
— High turnover of residents, many of which are military and students
— A bit ghetto of an apt complex overall – just seems to be going downhill
**TIP: Rent is always negotiable, especially lease renewals when you’re a good tenant.

To sum it up, the office staff doesn’t make call backs. It’s been 2 weeks and no one has returned my phone calls. This is how their tenants are treated…
And there are now young immigrant students partying at the pool past hours and disturbing the entire neighborhood. This place used to be amazing… Now it’s turning into section 8 housing. Needless to say we’re moving at the end of our lease.

Lived at Del Rio for just over 2 years. We moved in right when Irvine company took over. We had no issues lived towards the front and second floor. Any repairs which needed to be done were always put into the ticket system and fixed. Management is friendly. If any issues arise speak to them and they will solve them. Also, we had no issues getting our deposit back. Would still be staying there but the rent got expensive for a 2 bedroom.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! This is by far the WORST apartment complex in all of the America! I recently received my move out bill from living in the apartment for not even a year. They charged me through the entire lease even though I moved out 12 days early. I didn’t put a single hole in any wall throughout the apartment and was charged $ 80 for painting the walls. UNBELIEVABLE! If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. This complex rakes you over the coals when you move out. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced from a complex. Del Rio needs to make as many efforts in satisfying their residents as they do working on the landscaping! Again, DO NOT RENT!!!

I signed a year long lease in June of 2014. My stay during this time was fine. There were some issues with noise, which is to be expected at an apartment complex, and the rent was very high for what I got in return. But I did use the pool and gym facilities and the maintenance services were top notch.
I put my rent payments on auto-​pay for the duration of my original year long lease. I was offered a new lease by email in April of 2015, which I accepted. I filled out the paperwork on line and signed the documents electronically. My father cosigned the lease, but at no time were he or I instructed that his signature was required to renew the lease.
I received a voice mail from the leasing office in May asking if I was going to be renewing my lease. I called them back and left a message that I had already renewed, and asking if I had missed anything. I received no call back. I waited a week and then called again. This time someone answered and I told her the same thing: I had renewed my lease, were there any problems? I was told that the new lease was in my web portal and that I didn’t need to do anything else.
On June 7^th I received a three day eviction notice. The notice said that I had not paid my rent (which is done monthly through auto-​pay). So I went into my portal to check. Not only was my new lease nowhere to be found (contrary to what I had been told on May 18^th), but I was now being charged the month to month rent rate as well as late fees.
I went into the leasing office to try to clarify the issue. The staff was very helpful, but the issue is not with the staff, the issue is with the Irvine company and its lack of transparency. The problem was that my lease had not been processed because my father had not signed, although we had never been notified that a signature was required, and this was something that should have been conveyed to me when I called on May 18^th. I was being charged late fees because my auto-​pay was not renewed, although I was never notified that I either needed to renew or that a new payment needed to be made. I got the staff to remove my late fees. I chose not to renew my lease and to place my 30 day notice to vacate. They will be charging me the month to month rate for the next month ($ 500 higher than my original rent, which alone could get me a room in a shared apartment in other parts of San Diego).
I will not be renting from an Irvine company apartment complex again. Please work on your corporate management, transparency, and client communications. This is an extremely unprofessional and deceitful way to run a business.

Del Rio physically is a decent place to live, especially if you like working out, and the pools. However the management is very incompetent and as a result I and more of my friends have moved out. A loss for Irvine Company, hopefully they conduct training soon!
Upon signing notice of intent to vacate a month or so in advance I was
told I could not make a copy of it, but one would be emailed to me.
That email never came. I called again asking for a copy to be sent to
me, and I was assured that one would be. I received an email saying
that their system shows that they have received it, but no copy. I
replied to the email asking again a third time for a copy of this
document that I had been promised, but I was ignored and no copy was
ever provided.
On the 28^th of February I dropped off all keys, fobs, and parking
permits and was told everything was finished. One month later, I
received a call from Del Rio billing congratulating my decision to
stay in their apartment and asking why I haven’t paid for my new month
yet. I told them I had moved out a month ago and that the problem
needed to be fixed. I then called Del Rio directly and told them the
situation, and explained to them that they needed to fix the problem.
About 3 weeks later I finally received a corrected statement from Del
Rio, however I was charged $ 80 for 3 weeks of water,
03÷02÷15−03÷23÷15, a time period that I did not even live at Del Rio.
What’s more, Water is $ 40 a month. I was fraudulently charged double
for a 3 week period that I didn’t even live there.
My faith in the Del Rio team to do
their job effectively is extremely low, and unfortunately I and many
of my friends have moved out as a result.

Called the front office to schedule our final walk through, Valerie helped set it up. She said she would inform Scott (maintenance manager) to meet us at our apartment at 3pm next week. In true Del Rio fashion, Scott was nearly 35mins late because Valerie didn’t put it on his calendar. Where’s the negative star option on Unilocal???
Side note: Scott was wonderful and the tardiness was not his fault, just another shortcoming by the front office.

My relationship with Del Rio has been tumultuous to say the least. They towed my car by mistake, black sewer water came up through my bathtub because the drains below our unit were clogged (with no follow up from management). Once our lease expired, we were eager to move out.
We received an itemized copy from Irvine saying we were getting our deposit back. Two months went by, no check. I followed up with the Del Rio front office and a woman told me it had been mailed to my address at Del Rio. I told them 1) that made absolutely no sense since I clearly moved out of that address and 2) I have a forwarding service from USPS so I would have gotten it. She stuttered out a response about reaching out to accounting and following up with me at a later time. A month goes by, still nada. So, I followed up with Fernanda who said they didn’t have the correct forwarding address. I, again, said that made no sense since we received the itemized invoice to our new address and had an email confirmation from Irvine Company Apartments saying they had my new forwarding address dated the week before we moved out (which I sent a screen shot of to her).
A week goes by, still no follow up. I reached out to Mark, the property manager, who confirmed they have had the correct forwarding address the entire time (complete with a screen shot of said address) Both reps blatantly lied to me when I had taken every step to make the process as seamless as possible. I understand people are human and make mistakes but I don’t tolerate blatant dishonesty.
FINALLY, this week, we received the check and the ink is so smeared the bank was not able to deposit it… Once again, waiting for our deposit. We moved out 5 months ago!
The incompetence/​dishonesty of this apt complex knows no bounds. DO NOT move here. Please find another company who will actually care about their residents, both present and former.

I really try to enjoy living here. It’s alright but for paying almost $ 1800 for a one BR one Bath I expect GREAT things.
There’s often issues at the business center. This is one of the top reasons why I chose to live here. Last month they did not have working Internet in there for at least 3 days. They’re often out of paper and this morning I received this very aggravating text you can see in my photo. How can you run out of both paper and toner? They have two or three printers in there. They will not go purchase one toner today for their hundreds of residents, but instead we have to wait patiently for an order?! Now I have to go squeeze in a trip in my already busy schedule and spent $$$ to go print at kinkos or who knows where ?! Also, this is not the first time this has happened. They have ran out of toner and paper at least two more times I’ve been here. I guess they are just unskilled at ordering/​keeping extra toner at hand. Easy remedy: order extra toner & order more toner when your surplus is almost gone. I REALLY hope this is the last time…
Also their nasty grass has been in this sad condition for MONTHS. I saw a cat munching on it and it made me very sad. I’m sure the dogs pee all over it and the cat was eating what was left of the dying grass, I really hope it doesn’t get diseases.
I have had other issues annoying my life with their constant renovating (when they switched out the mailboxes and held my mail/​check hostage for a day, pool and hot tub were unusable for a period of time, messy and loud tree trimming that ruined my car wash) but I’ll just leave it at that and you can see for yourself in the texts they send me.
