Established in 2008.

BJ Cook and Adam Levenson founded Digital Operative to help entrepreneurs, small businesses and big brands create and manage their digital presence. DO started as two guys in a spare bedroom and has grown to over 30 employees, two offices, numerous awards and 3 years running for San Diego’s Fastest Growing Companies!

With over 10 years of experience in driving growth through digital strategies, interactive marketing and website design, BJ offers clients a hybrid view of reaching business goals. From time to time, you might find BJ writing on our digital marketing blog about some of the newest emerging digital media trends and giving out free tips to companies about how to improve customer engagement strategies.

Before co-​founding Digital Operative, BJ developed experience working in a variety of roles from web design, new media design, digital marketing director.
