Every patient has a private one hour appointment dedicated to them in a warm, safe and comfortable atmosphere. Other Specialty’s include fitness, nutrition, weight loss and pain management. History

Established in 2013.

Pins and Needles Acupuncture started in 2013, and like any good business has been evolving ever since. I have worked as an acupuncturist at a comprehensive wellness center here in San Diego and most recently the Director of Wellness at a local San Diego Marine cleaning company. This year I became the sole proprietor of my own acupuncture business working alongside my fellow acupuncture colleagues– Tiffany Elbogen and Natalie Vail.

I started my Journey in 2004 at SDSU majoring in Fitness Nutrition and Health. I worked as a personal trainer while earning my bachelors degree and through my post graduate education at PCOM to earn my MSTOM to become a CA licensed practitioner (L.Ac). Fitness, nutrition, health and acupuncture have been my life, passion and focus for over a decade.
