Raph was a super nice guy, easy to communicate with, and was very professional and prompt. We met up at a coffee shop, and I watched him go through the process of fixing my phone (new screen and battery replacement) — he was precise and methodical; it was obvious he took great care in his work. The whole thing took approx 30 minutes, and the price was more than fair for essentially getting a refurbed phone handed back to me without having to go more than two blocks from my house ($ 140). He was open about where he got his parts (Etech), and the quality is immaculate and as close to OEM as you can get (you can’t actually get OEM parts because Apple has ownership of those factories). Would highly recommend service again.

Quick & friendly service. Met Raph at Whole Foods Café and he fixed my iPhone 5 while I shopped for a few items. 2 months and it still looks great. He offers a 6 month warrantee. Its $$$ if you go to the Apple Store, plus its a crowded headache in there.

This service is amazing. I recommend Raph to all my friends. If you have a broken screen, home button not working, bad battery etc. DO NOT PANIC… make a same day appointment with Raph and he’ll solve all your problems.
I had him fix my screen last winter, he stopped by my home and fixed my phone in 15 min. I just had my battery replaced for $ 40 in 15 min. It’s like a new phone.
It is a little weird not having a store front but Raph is very professional and affordable.

Do not hesitate! If your screen is broken just call in and meet him at in a public place, I met him at le Parfait Paris in downtown after a delicious brunch. He took 10 mins and now my phone looks brand new!

Few times do I have such a good experience with service repair (and I have experience on the topic, I’m always breaking something) usually I go to Kearny Mesa area and it is always ok but the service that I got from Raph was exceptional… We met at a restaurant took a look at my 3 ipads quoted me and a few hours latter he delivered them almost to my doorstep. This was amazing and I’m definitely going to call him as soon as another one breaks.

Raph is fantastic. After a night of drinking brought to you by Ballast Point’s «Victory at Sea» (AKA best beer ever), I was calling up a Lyft to get home and overshot my pocket when I went to put my phone back, causing it to ricochet off of the curb, bounce out of its case, and skid across the concrete, shattering the front screen into a splintery mosaic and rendering it all but unusable.
I bought the service plan from AT&T with my phone, but they still wanted a deductible of $ 150 to fix it, and I’d be without a phone for at least a day. I could go to the Apple Store, but it would be $ 110 to repair, and I couldn’t get on the 163 to go to Fashion Valley Mall because of the Rock and Roll Marathon. I expired a sigh of resignation, and in a last ditch effort typed «iphone screen repair hillcrest» into the Google search box. Raph’s was the first listing that pulled up. After reading the reviews, I was sold.
I called at 6 pm today, he quoted me a price of 70 dollars, and met me at the Starbucks on 5^th right up the road from my apartment at 6:30. I watched as he gingerly disassembled the phone and managed the many tiny screws that went into various components. With great care, he replaced the screen, reassembled the phone, and made sure everything worked properly before giving it back to me.
Within the hour I called him, I had my phone back in my hand, looking as good as new. Fast, efficient, reliable, and he offers a 6 month warranty on all of his repairs. I can’t say enough about how awesome my experience was. I will definitely refer friends to him, and should I ever drunkenly break my screen again (by the way, you should also NEVER make decisions about or attempt to shave any part of your body while intoxicated), I will definitely call him for another Starbucks date. I dropped my phone when I was out with friends to eat. I called Done (D-​One?) Repairs, expecting it to be a brick-​and-​mortar establishment. The guy who answered said he was mobile and usually met people at the Starbucks in Hillcrest. I was staying in a hotel in Point Loma, and asked if I should meet him tomorrow in Hillcrest. He was happy to come and meet me at the hotel. We arranged to meet about 45 minutes later. When he arrived, it was quick and easy. I think the entire thing cost me $ 80 and 10 minutes.

After dropping my Iphone 5C and shattering the screen I knew I had to do something about it. First I thought I would just pay my deductible and get a replacement phone, when I realized I could have the screen fixed by this guy for half the price the decision was simple.
I called him Saturday and we worked out a time for him to come to my house on Sunday. He showed up, I told him he could work at my dining room table. I sat in my living room and watched some TV while I waited… to my surprise 20 minutes later he was done!
I paid him and off he went as fast as he came! It was the smoothest transaction one could ask for and I didn’t even have to leave my house!
A+++ Experience! I will recommend this dude to all my friends, and in the tragic event I need another fix on my Iphone he will be the first person I call!
