Adrian David A.

Manager

Adrian David is the inn-​keeper for Dover Sands. He is a licensed Realtor with Windermere Pacific Coast Properties (Lic# 1 837 692) and prior to beginning a career in real estate he proudly served the county of San Diego in a law enforcement capacity for 12 years. Adrian David is a California native but also has lived in Minnesota and loves the «Minnesota Nice» attitude and way of life.

Hard to fit my five stars into words!
I found this place on short notice and was able to see it ahead of time — hassle free. The place was very nice, clean, big, perfect distance to the beach, secure and had a very friendly vibe. There were toys to borrow (boogie boards, bikes, scooters, etc.). Neighbors were cool — we felt like we lived there for our short stay. Also critically important for a beach stay — parking! It was so nice to come and go with my own dedicated parking spot!
Probably the most impressive thing about the rental was Adrian. He was so so kind, patient, helpful, flexible, always available and just a genuinely nice guy! I cannot say enough good things about Adrian.
This place was exactly what I was looking for and I won’t have to search far and wide again when I want a quick get away at the beach! I know exactly where to go!

Booked this spot last minute for July 4th weekend. I would have settled for anything considering how late I was with the reservation… what a great surprise! The place was a knock out! Decorated with incredible taste, very roomy, and tranquil. They had parking, beach cruisers, a patio area for grilling, the list goes on. The best part about it was the price!
