Business Owner

David Billar, The Broker and Certified Property Manager of eClosed Realty started his real estate career in 2001 at Century 21 AWARD one of the top Century 21 franchises in the world. At Century 21 AWARD he started and ran a team of 6 – 8 high producing agent managing and forecasting their business. After leaving Century 21 he opened eClosed​.com with Samir Patel which they successfully ran with full time agents focusing on niche areas of the industry. While running the brokerage, David also worked with many buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants allowing him stay informed on the needs and concerns of agents, clients and tenants. David Billar’s success is attributed to always putting his clients first with hard and ethical work in his business.
