Good, fresh, breakfast and lunch options for the working and weary. I usually come for the salads, but have had a few different sandwiches and the protein shakes are good as well. Prices are very good compared to the local restaurant options. You can get a salad or sandwich here for much less than anywhere else in the area, and its going to made with fresher ingredients. I recommend this place for breakfast or lunch if you work close by.

They literally have everything here. It’s awesome having this place as someone who works so closely. Everyone who works at Palmier is extremely personable, and it has that small, family owned, shop vibe to it. If you want something a little different, they never have an issue whipping it up for you. 5 stars!

Not easy to find in a office complex building in an internal courtyard behind the University of Phoenix building. A small shop with a good selection of snacks, coffee, drinks, and an excellent deli to get sandwiches. I had the warm turkey and avocado, was great with the spread that they used and sundried tomatoes they didn’t skimp on quality. A small mom and pop establishment busy at lunch but always super pleasant and kind they call you by your first name and thank you for your business.

Location wins them over for me. They’re there for my Chai Latte needs and when I am dying from hunger. Service is good and they are so convenient being in between all these businesses. Try those lemon cakes they are delish!

I’m surprised with how good their salad and drinks are here. Definitely worth the price you pay. The banana rama is sooooo refreshing. They make the best tuna salad with their special dressing — although i got a tummy ache the next day but hey it could have been something else i ate. The guys that work here are so nice and cool!

Yesterday, I went to the gym early am and had no time to do a smoothie at home. After workout, once I got close to work, I was really needing that smoothie for a healthy Bfast. Unilocal showed me PALMIER as a result. It was not easy to find, but once i did, i was pretty happy to discover this gem in the neighborhood. The owner is super nice and outgoing. The food is all organic and you see they care about it all. They made my smoothie«a la carte» with my choice of ingredients and I was so happy. I highly recommend this place. Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but man, feel the taste and feel the care. awesome people and awesome food.

Clean friendly establishment with delicious food! I appreciate how Mandy offers healthy options. It is hard to find good food quick and healthy when you are short on time. This is a gem that is hidden in our corporate plaza!

For being a deli-style spot in a commercial park, this place is everything you could hope it would be. The staff is sweet, the salads are huge, the BLT is just like mom makes it.

I had a Smashed Avocado sandwich from Palmier Espresso today. Absolutely unbelievably good. I will definitely be trying some more sandwiches from this place. I’ve tried a lot of delis in the area but this sandwich by far is the best I’ve had in the past 5 years.

The staff is always so friendly and amazing. Prices are good and the food is excellent. The daily specials are tasty and I would recommend the chicken burrito. If you are more in the mood for a salad try have a bunch made up that morning and in a large variety. The smoothies are also delicious. There is not a bad item on the menu. I only wish they were open during the weekend!

What a wonderful place to eat and drink on daily basis! I’m a HUGE fan of their Caramel Moch. It’s simply the best… much better than Starbucks. Specially that Mandy(the owner) accomodates anything you really asks for… my request was almond milk, and I’m getting that every morning. She is very nice, friendly and fun and so is her staff… You gotta check this out… :)

Little deli located in a business complex. it is a little hard to find because other than a sign in the window, it looks like any other building entrance. I picked up a club sandwich and it was pretty good. They have hot and cold sandwiches and you can pick your bread. The have a large assortment of snacks and drinks for sale. I stopped in during the lunch rush. It was busy but things move fast.

This little place is in the office building I work in. Friendly staff, delicious food, ample seating area. I’m a regular, but not TOO regular, as their food is higher quality than your average little office place, so its like you’re going out to eat.

I love this place. I come here on Thursdays afternoons before class starts. The girl who works here is always so smiley and friendly and the salads are awesome. They also have a big variety of chips and desserts available. I will come back every Thursday!

A lot can go on behind the façade of mirrored office buildings that you don’t know about. There could be Enron-like accounting shenanigans or Cirque du Soleil rehearsals going on back in there. You just can’t tell. Fortunately not all that happens behind the mirror is evil or involves contortionist clowns — in some rare circumstances there might be an excellent coffee house cloaked in a reflective shield of invisibility. I never would have guessed Palmier existed, much less found it, without Unilocal.I only came here seeking smoothies and I wandered around the identical buildings of the Bumble Bee office park until I found the small sign guiding me to Palmier. Thank god I didn’t give up!(Hint: park on the east side of complex.) The smoothies are delicious and cold, the coffee is hot and the service is über-warm. Very nice people and good stuff. How can you beat that? Now this has become a regular morning stop for me when I’m working in San Deezy. Most of the baked goods are made elsewhere and the muffins are nothing to get excited about. But the fresh brownies were terrific(Yes, brownies for breakfast. Shut up.) Since it’s the name of the place I had to try the palmier cookie and it was excellent too. Seek out Palmier — it’s worth the search!

My Monday night savior. This café is located in the Bumble Bee headquarters building. I’m in class every Monday night for four hours in the building over. There is no way that I could make it with 8 hours of work and 4 hours of class without this place. First off love the friendly faces. The owner is super sweet and spunky. The other staff that work there are just as amazing. This café is well stocked with an abundance of snacks. Perfect for a student with munchies. To start off they have a variety of sandwiches hot and cold, soups and salads. They have a large menu of smoothies, in addition to their specialty coffee drink menu. Always a fresh pot of coffee on and a variety of teas in case you’re not a big coffee person. What’s super hard to resist specially if you’re trying to be good are the baked goods. Huge muffins, fresh baked blueberry scones, they always have three different types of cakes, homemade brownies and chocolate chip cookies. Aside from coffee/tea they have all the coke products including vitamin water in a bunch of flavors. They also have a bunch of different kinds of chips, granola bars, and other snack items. They have a good size seating area so you can chill and eat your grub. If you’re in the area during the week this place is a great!
