This place is a hot mess! The service was a disaster from beginning to end. Talk about a place that is so unorganized and dysfunctional. No one seems to communicate with each other here. We went there back in March and it’s now the end of August and we are still dealing with billing issues with this place. So so so regret ever coming here!

Okay. I must say that I have been treated by Dr. Ramers here for going on 1 year and I cannot see myself going anywhere else for my medical care. I have been treated with dignity and respect by the entire staff. Vanessa, who is Dr. Ramers nurse is fantastic and Matt, Ashley and all the labtechs are very good here. I just want to say thank you for actually caring about your patients and actually conducting your organization the way it should be done. ! I have never waited for an unreasonable amount of time for any treatment or appointment and they have always answered questions and thoroughly explained what i should expect based on the scope of treatment i was receiving !!!
