I am a tenant renting a property that Natalie from ENG manages. During my move to San Diego, Natalie assisted me in finding a great property. From the moment Natalie reached out to me, she was very professional and eager to assist me in finding the right home. She was very prompt in responding to all communication. I would recommend renting a home from Natalie from ENG, Properties.

My first review was removed because I called these pigs some names so I have to refine my review so it will say up. BOTTOM LINE, I do not recommend ENG properties for anything! I used to have a wonderful company that I used to lease my office from until they went into semi retirement and then ENG took over. In the beginning everything seemed fine but after a month I realized that these people are UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT!
They have bullied and threatend me and they will not get away with it. I am also contemplating legal action at this time and will update my review when I know more. In the response to my review they try some damage control and talk about a notice they left for me and it had nothing to do with a notice. It had to do with a threatening voice mail that was left for me from them and I have that VM so I can provide it anytime someone wants to hear it so you know that I am truthful. I also have all email correspondence as well.
I would NOT consider renting from this company. Also, look at the other reviews for them and you will see these guys are not a good company at all!

I have been a tenant for approximately 4 years now and everything has been great. I pay my rent on time, the raises in rent have been modest and they have been very responsive to my needs as a tenant. What more could you ask for. Matt, Sharlotte, Natalie and Peter are aces.

ENG Properties is an excellent company, my experience as a tenant renting one of their apartments has been wonderful. I had a major emergency and the staff at ENG reacted professionally with expert experience. If you are looking an apartment I suggest you contact ENG Properties as your first source. The office staff are awesome!

Company took care of fix it problems while i lived under their management and was responsive to my needs while i lived under their management.
However, upon moving out, they bent me over and took every dime out of my pocket.
After having the apartment cleaned professionally, and having fixed all repairs; i was confident that my deposit would be returned in full. The place was sparkling.
Instead it has taken me over 2 months to receive my deposit check which has over $ 1000 in deductions. Ultimately i, ended up getting charged for the cleaning/​repairs of their shithole apartment which didn’t even need cleaning/​repairs.
SO if you decide to allow ENG properties to manage your apartment or rental, be prepared for them to manage your bank account as well.

They use to be amazing! Now they have new management and well the service and quality have gone down hill. And they are not at fault for anything. Just flat out awful! They take weeks to address any issues and even longer to fix. Don’t rent from them!

Really excellent property managers! I lived in my apartment for two years and I can tell you Chris was on the ball with everything. I didn’t have too many issues with my apartment but when I did there was a maintenance guy there within a few days.
Another great thing was that I got back the majority of my deposit without a bunch of drama like other places. They were very fair and speedy.
I plan to work with them again in the future.

Good property mangers! They respond to work requests, work with tenant requests and were great with the move out process. I highly recommend.
