Andy and his team were great! He came to my office for my keys, brought them back when they were done, charged my card right there and walked me through the comprehensive vehicle review. Price was fair for full synthetic oil. Hard to have anything but great comments for how easy this process was and the time it saved me. Thanks guys!

Incredibly convenient — parked my car in front of my office as I usually would in the morning, dropped off my keys and it was done before my next meeting. They even top off fluids and inspect your car and send you a handy report at the end. My car requires the top-​level service, so the price is hard to compare to a regular oil change, but their prices are within reason and new customers and current customers who refer get a discount. Worth every penny for the convenience of not having to hassle with going somewhere or dropping off your car and getting a ride to work!

Very efficient, honest and convenient. I will use them again! Graham the tech was very approachable and informative. The owners do a great job of communicating their service and are most helpful! I liked the no up selling the best.

EOS changed my oil yesterday on my F150. Loren and the team are very professional and did an great job. Can’t beat getting your oil changed while at work! And the prices are great too!

Seriously the best service … I get to work drop off my key they call me when it was done and whala!!! Also they gave me a really cute water mug! So convenient and that’s what I love about it !!

These guys earned the five stars by properly handling a situation that could have lost a customer forever. They recently started coming to my office and I figured I’d give it a whirl because I’m too lazy to spend 3 hours on a Saturday waiting to be pushed into new brake pads at Jiffy Lube. Conveniently, EOS also offers a wiper changing service. I dropped the car off and received a call a few hours later informing me they had run into an «issue» with my car. I braced for the worst and wasn’t completely disappointed — my windshield had been cracked in half during the wiper changing process. Before I even had a chance to get upset, Loren quickly assured me they were having a guy come out immediately to replace the windshield at no cost.
I picked up the car that afternoon and Loren was incredibly apologetic about the windshield and repeatedly asked me to call him if I had the slightest issue with it.
Accidents happen sometimes and they earned my respect by offering great service and doing the right thing without me even having to ask.

–Just started coming onsite to my office (La Jolla /​UTC) — no more spending weekend time, just dropped them my keys when I arrived this morning and it was done before lunch
–Simple, straightforward service — no upsell (although I do think they will change wiper blades if asked)
–Nice touch with the post service inspection report — Simple report emailed after I collected my car with tire tread and pressure, fluid levels, light check, break check etc

Super convenient and professional.

EOS was great! They replaces everything in my care and did a full inspection. They were able to send me a PDF with all of the information so that I could keep it saved and have it in writing. They come to my work every other Friday and service multiple people at my company and we all enjoy them! They know what they are doing and take the time to full explain anything about your car that you have questions on. They are a great group of people, very friendly and very professional. I would defiantly recommend them to a friend!

I have been trying to schedule or go to the dealership for an oil change, but I haven’t had time. So when I saw a text message from my apartment complex saying that there was an ‘oil change’ event I decided to check it out. Since I didn’t make an appointment I didn’t expect there to be a time slot open, fortunately there was. Very nice guys Loren and Andrew helped me with the information and set it up. I dropped off my car went home to prepare dinner and then they called me when the service was done. Quite convenient! I always waste 2 – 3 hours at the dealership with very active kids, it is quite stressful, and this was awesome!

Not only does EOS coming to my workplace save me tons of time, being able to schedule an oil change online enhanced the service that much more. The oil change was quick and they gave me tips specific to my Prius. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable! I really like that I’ll get an email reminder to change my oil instead of keeping an unattractive sticker from falling off my windshield. Overall a refreshing alternative to the traditional oil change — a quick, helpful service that comes to me!

EOS did a wonderful job recently when I used their service. I have an older premium car so I have to use synthetic which was handled without a problem. It was great to be able to drop my car off and simply come back with everything complete. I always end up getting pressured at Jiffy Lube for other «advanced» services when I just need the oil change. EOS made it so much easier! I hope they become a regular site at my place so I can stop wasting my time at the Jiffy.

I had a really positive experience with EOS. A couple weeks ago, it was time for me to schedule an oil change for my good ol’ 2000 Toyota Camry. I’ve been to several places in the past and always felt a little ripped off in the process.
Loren and Andrew are great! It was really easy to schedule an appointment through their website. Before the appointment, I spoke to Andrew, who was quick and responsive to answering all my questions. The day of service, they came to me, which is such a nice change. Why can’t all of life be like that? Loren and Andrew are professional, efficient, and honest. You can tell that these guys really care about you as a customer. I’m definitely recommending EOS to my friends!

Thanks EOS for saving me a Saturday morning of rising before dawn to get in line for an oil change at the car dealership.
I reserved an appointment time on the day EOS was visiting my worksite. It was on time in both receiving my car and completing the oil change.
Plus they did not heckle me for extra work. They suggested I check out the brake pads, since they were looking pretty thin, and that was it.
They’re fairly new, and as they handed over the cars, they asked for any suggestions on how to improve the service. The desire to improve the customer experience was great to see, especially when it’s rare to hear at other car service locations.
