Horrible service whatsoever! Girls here need to get over them selfs ya’ll aint that pretty, couldnt even look at me while paying for fixing her hair. «Brenda Leyva» get some manners & customer service looked like you hated your job girly!

I love this place! This is the only store I would go in when I am in Mission Valley Mall. I love both stores the Q and Q plus. The clothing quality is not far any difference from forever 21. I really don’t care much for customer service but as long as I get in & out we are good to go.
Tips: Q plus has better earring! Btw shoppers you get for what you pay for and if you don’t their policy than this is not your store. I believe nordstom rack is the store for you, it has the best price and great service… it’s all in one and it’s only around the corner.

Horrible customer service and they will do whatever they can to NOT do the exchange.
Their exchange policy is «Within 7 days and tag still attached.» I went in today to exchange a top. The tag was still attached and I was within the 7 days. I was denied the exchange because of the «tag placement.» She said that «they don’t place their tags in the back.» Well… excuse me if your employees are lazy every once and awhile and forgot to put it in the «right place.» That is NOT the customer’s problem. To deny a customer their right to exchange clothing when they have adhered to the stores exchange policy is just plain wrong!!!
I’m not going to cry over a $ 9 top, it’s just the principle. Stick to your policies!!! I am sticking with Papaya Clothing just down the way from them!!! And, by reading the rest of the people’s reviews, looks like they are not doing so good. Everytime I pass by this store, there are only 2 to 3 people shopping in there, so I highly doubt they will be there much longer!

They sale a lot of cute clothes, and the price is very cheap.

Very bad store return policy. Be very careful when you buy something. There are no return what so ever. Worst customer services. The manager (named Eunji Kim) is the worst. Please don’t let them fool you.

Just experienced the worst customer service. The associate overcharged me for an item. When I brought it to the managers attention she said that the item is supposed to be $ 19.99 instead of $ 13.99 (when the ticket said $ 13.99.) I told her she needs to honor the marked price cause they’re all marked that way. Then after giving me ‘tude she realized that the associate ringing me up scanned the wrong item and that’s why I was overcharged. But according to their return policy it’s only store credit for returns/​exchanges. So the manager tried to give me store credit for an error she made. Working in retail, I have high expectations when I go shopping at other places. I try to provide the best customer service to all my clients and I expect the same in return when I go shopping. So I basically went cray on the beezy and demanded my money back. It’s honestly not even about the money, it’s about how she treated me and the customer service I received. It was unacceptable, and there was unfortunately nobody else above her that I could speak with to get my point across. Never going back there again.
