Fastsigns offers such a wide variety of signage … always has what we are looking for. Customer service is great!

This shop is great –just saved my butt in an emergency. Needed a super fast sign… and they nailed it!!! WHILE I WAITED!!! Lynn was very helpful guy, he never flinched, he has nerves of steel. I guess that’s why they call it Fast Sign, duh.

The vinyl peeled off my window… TWICE in 3 years! They will tell you it should last 5 – 7 years until they learn they did your vinyl. I was told to bring my truck to the store so they could look at it. After wasting 30 minutes of my time the owner wouldn’t even get off the phone to talk to me. Then they wanted to charge full price to redo the vinyl!
The previous owner took care of me and was professional unlike this guy. I will take my business elsewhere.

I have never dealt with a more unethical group. They are nice until you place your deposit. I was told that my sign would be ready on a specific date only to find out that is would be much later. Next came the we can get it on time if you pay $ 150 expediting fee. They made the date but showed up without the proper materials to finish. Then they came out again to hopefully finish the install but didn’t have the right color and was told that I had to pay for that as well. The installer was a great guy and hopefully he will find a respectable organization to work for.

I love how my Mustang looks after putting the stripes on! Sam Joseif the guy who worked on my car was AWESOME! He was professional, patient, meticulous. He took his time to put on the first side of my side door rocker stripes. I asked him if it was ok if I stood there and watched it and he was totally fine with it… not just like «Oh God! This guy wont let me work».he asked my feedback… gave suggestions… he worked on my car like if it was his… Patiently moved things around till he was happy with it… He finished the install in less than 1.5 hrs…
The first side took him about an hour to tailor it… place it right but the second he did it in 20 mins… He was very courteous and I am very glad I took my car to him.
Price wise. it was kind of sttep. cos they gave me an estimate for 3 hours and even though it didnt take 3 hours, they charged me for the full thing. I was so happy with the work Sam did. I didnt even bother…
5 stars for Sam’s work and the courteousness of the staff but they could do better at adjusting the estimate to the real amount if the work took lesser time. I sure they would ask me to pay more if it took more than 3 hours. why not the other way?
Anyways.I would definitely recommend this place and especially Sam…

Eve is a great resource and delivers as promised. I had a small job and she got it out a day early. She follows up and takes great care of her clients.
