History

Established in 2012.

Fruitcakes was born on Kauai in May 2012. Friend and coworker support led me to share my love of cooking with visitors to Kauai.

Aloha Beach Vacations, The Parrish Collection, and Luxury Retreats all recommended my services to their clients over the last 3 years, and I have created many great memories for

new guests and repeat clients alike.

I have moved back to San Diego and provide the same great experiences and services here in my hometown.

Business Owner

I was raised in Coronado CA, Thailand, Korea, and then back to San Diego along with traveling to many countries from home. After living 17 years on Kauai and starting Fruitcakes Chef Services for visitors and providing Concierge Services, I was able to return home to San Diego.

My parents were foodies before there was a word for it, and both taught me cooking techniques from French Classic to Chinese and Thai food. Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine has joined my repertoire now, and I have been blessed to create these styles very well.

I had amazing teachers, and I took these gifts of knowledge a step further by creating great recipes with global range that have become family and guest classics themselves.
