I have been cooking for over 30 years and specialize in many styles, flavors and techniques from around the world! My personal favorites are baking/​desserts (savory and sweet, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian), seafood/​fish, vegetarian/​vegan/​macrobiotic/​raw foods, raw foods and grilling/​smoking. I use local San Diego and other California products as much as possible with season and availability! I get the best quality products from our farmer’s markets and places like Specialty Produce that help ensure a healthier, happier life!

I am a lucky guy with two amazing skills and talents!

First is that I am an AMAZING chef! Food is my passion and Life’s Blood! I have learned and practice just about every kind of style, flavor and technique from around the world and always have my mind open to try and learn new things! Seafood/​fish, vegetables and baking are my own personal interests but like I mentioned, I can cook anything that will just blow you away!

Second is that I can sculpt my chewing gum into all different shapes! www​.thegum​man​.com Animals, Fruit, Vegetable, Letters, Numbers, heck just about anything, no hands involved just teeth, lips and tongue! As far as I know I am the only person in the entire United States who has this talent! I have appeared in Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! books and museums as well as on The Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Country Fried Video and The Ellen DeGeneres Show!
