Unfortunately, I have to update this review. At the beginning of the year, working with Funk You was great. Pablo is incredibly talented, and the service was fast, efficient, consistent and friendly. Everything you’d want in a design firm.
Unfortunately, over the past couple months we saw a severe decline in customer service, response time, and overall care for our projects. Banner ads were inconsistent in both design and call-​to-​action information (one banner would have the correct link, another would have a link to a previous project. These were not reviewed prior to sending over our packages). Emails were «missed» for over a week, putting our sales processes behind substantially. Parts of our projects were «forgotten» and we received work that was inconsistent with the flyer they had produced themselves weeks prior. Our invoices had charges for items we had already paid for, and inconsistent charges for similar projects. Overall, there was an overwhelming sense of carelessness when doing business with our brand.
When addressing these issues (which we tried to do several times via email and phone conversation), I received responses such as, «Well, our eyes must not work,» «We forgot,» and «Oh, I must have missed this email.» Some emails were completely ignored despite multiple follow-​ups. We were treated in a very unprofessional manner.
I couldn’t give 1 star because Pablo, their head designer, is really great and was always great to work with. It was not until about June they switched us to another designer (who was less careful with instructions and detail, provided a significantly slower turnaround time, and our prices remained the same as when we had their lead designer), that everything went downhill. If the service and work remained consistent, we would not have minded being switched to a consistent designer, but that was not the case.
We had hoped to have a long relationship with Funk You, had they been able to maintain the level of service we were provided for the first several months of working together. Unfortunately, the above circumstance led us to sever ties with Funk You and seek a new, professional design team.

Funk you creative did an amazing job on some baby shower invitations that I ordered recently. They had such a quick turnaround (designed and printed within 2 days!) that it really made me feel like I was their only customer. The design was better than what I asked for and done with such quality.
The people at funk you creative were professional and fun to work with as well. Overall, I would recommend this company for anybody looking for stylish, one of a kind graphic designs.

The FYC team is as good as they come. Not only did we receive exceptional design work, but Justin and his team made us feel like their number one client. FYC cares a lot about their brand and demonstrates that by providing outstanding customer service. They have solidified themselves as my goto design agency. Thank you FYC.

FUNK YOU CREATIVE designed my Bands logo, It felt really good to be able to describe in 2 words what we wanted and have them give us way more than we would have ever expected, they were very professional and worked with our budget, I highly recommend them!!!

The FYC team is awesome! I had an idea of making a flier to promote myself to prospective employers and they took it to the NEXT LEVEL! Pablo had me come in to take some professional pictures for the flier. This wasn’t some bring your Sony digital camera or use your iphone 5 camera phone get-​up. FYC had professional lighting, fancy professional camera, different backgrounds, utilized various props for different shots and a great attitude making it fun/​relaxing to shoot.
The end product is way better than I could have ever envisioned. The flier had all the pertinent information needed for prospective employers, great photos, and creative placement of all the information. FYC definitely knows what they are doing and will be able to have Justin Fortier and Pablo collaborate how to ingeniously and creatively bring your idea to life. Thats what they did for me. Legit!

Pablo Stanley designs my event flyers & logos — he is an excellent illustrator as well as clean designer. I appreciate Funk you creative for their dedication to each of my projects & their timeliness /​meeting deadlines /​making changes and corrections very fast. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing design work — after 20 years of going through designers Funk you creative team is my top choice.

Funk You Creative worked us up a terrific logo for our new summer camp (
). We love it, but more importantly, Pablo and Justin worked and worked with us until we were happy. Some other design houses nickel and dime you with hourly rates, or place constraints on what can happen or not during development — with these guys they just kept at it until we got exactly what we wanted (ie make the fox’s nose more «foxy». Ok, even more «foxy».that kind of thing). Thank you FYC — you rule!

Funk You Creative designed my baby shower invitations, and the baby shower banner. My hostess provided our vision for the welcoming of my baby boy. We provided the idea for the look and feel, the theme, and Funk You Creative designed a few invitations for us to choose from. They provided fast service, designing 3 different invites for us to choose from. Each one was so cute and unique that is was hard to decide, so we went with 2. We couldn’t be happier with the results. They designed quickly, made edits quickly, and printed quickly! We got everything finished in 1 day! I highly recommend Funk You Creative for their design, style, service, and professionalism. I’ll definitely use them again for my next party and upcoming projects.
