I have to give this place some love after they came through for us a few months back. Our dog escaped from our house and my friend went to ReproHaus to print fliers while we were out searching the neighborhood. The staff there were so kind and would not charge for the fliers, even when she came back a second time to print more. It’s nice to know there are good people and local businesses out there who care about their neighbors when they’re going through a stressful ordeal. Kindness goes a long way and because of theirs I would definitely come back to give them future business.

Whelp, I was referred to ReproHaus by another printer who wasn’t able to do what I needed to do in the timeframe I needed it done. I live and work in the area and am always in need of a solid print shop so I went down to see if they could help me.
I walked in and the receptionist was helping someone ahead of me and wearing a bluetooth headset. Normally, the 1^st person you encounter offers some of greeting, «HI! Someone will be right with you» or something like that. Not this one, she made eye contact with me and then walked off to get someone for the woman in front of me. THAT person came over and addressed the woman in front of me, made eye contact and didn’t say a word to me either but I get that he was focused on dealing with the customer ahead…
There I stood, in their entry, waiting…
Waiting…
Someone to my left about 15ft away made eye contact with me and quickly looked away (at this point I’m standing with my arms crossed trying my hardest to look like I need help…

Someone else about 20ft away on my left makes eye contact then looks away… he and the first guy walk towards the front of the building (towards me) but they don’t speak to me…
I’ve been here 15 minutes and no one has said a word to me…
The 1^st guy (who saw me come in) now says «have you been helped?»
me: «nope.»
him: are you picking up something?
me: «no, i was referred to you guys and was hoping to do some business with you but no one seems to want to talk to me…
him: ill go get someone right away… rushes off
I see him talking to the receptionist and pointing my way…
receptionist comes over but is talking into that bluetooth headset…
when she gets off the call she says «are you here to pick something up?»
me: Annoyed at this point because she SAW me walk in and the guy that went and got you TOLD you i was a new customer and needed help… «no, ill just find someone else to do what I need, thanks…»
I get it, your location is in a homeless heavy area but i don’t look destitute… watch the footage from the security camera pointed at your lobby at around 3pm and you’ll see me standing there…

Amazing customer service, great quality printing, and extremely fast turn around times. Scott is great and always delivers! EXTREMELY reliable and always my go to for all my companies printing jobs.

AWFUL!!! No one there speaks English. The lady I was assigned to didn’t understand what I wanted at all… I called before hand and the guy said they did all the stuff I asked about. i.e. spot varnish, perfect binding etc. When I got there they acted like I had lobsters coming out of my ears.
So I said fine, what CAN you do… they promised they could print my file large format and saddle stich it… NOPE… 30 minutes after leaving she called and said she couldn’t do it. WTF?
So disappointing. There’s virtually NO customer service and everything seems very chaotic and unorganized.
For REAL professional printing, do not use this place.

The staff at Reprohaus is as good as it gets. They are extremely nice to work with and more importantly, they do a great job! I couldn’t guess at how many times I have submitted a short notice print job with an unrealistic turn around, but they somehow pull it off all the time. I’m lucky to have them bail me out and make not only me, but my office look good. Thanks to the entire team!

oh I wish I could remember the gal who helped us out I think her name was D, we called to get some labels printed to ship a couple boxes. they said they could do it a a dollar and some change per each we were willing to pay that no problem, so we get there and they printed EXTRAS. we said you can recycle the rest. and we will pay for all. they wouldn’t accept our money. said it was no good. wow, really! thank you soo much.
and ! yes there is more. they gave us a business card to go across the street and get a FREE pack of beer. now how cool is that.

This company might have good service, but its driver is not doing it any favors. This morning the driver (in a brightly marked ReproHaus van) paced me in order to stop me from getting to my exit on the 125 south (I signaled, like a sane person to change lanes, but he sped up to the car in front of him to block the lane), then proceeded to follow me and pace me again so I wouldn’t be able to exit at the next exit. I finally was able to shake him by going 35 mph because otherwise I’m not sure he would have let me off the freeway.
I don’t know what I did to piss this guy off, but he made me 15 minutes late for work, and that’s just not cool. I felt endangered not only by his reckless driving, but also by his belligerent behavior. I hope he is not representative of the rest of this organization, but when he composes himself that way on the road, he’s definitely sending a message.

We really appreciate ReproHaus. They are always so timely, trustworthy, and a great resource for printing. We use them weekly and are never let down. We had a last minute and very custom order and Eric in the production department was extremely helpful. He wanted to get everything just right and asked all the right questions. Despite it being a last minute order, he completed it sooner than we anticipated and it was perfect. We would recommend them, especially Eric, to anyone.

The print quality is very good along with the price which is very affordable. The 3 star goes to the staff that sometimes confuses the orders and impede my progress in my work.

This place is amazing. It is so unusual these days to find the great customer service of a small business in such a large and capable company. I have only used them twice, but both times they were super fast and really easy to contact when I had a problem.
My story: I placed an online express order. But I sent them the wrong version of my file. I noticed my mistake within a few minutes of placing the order and called them up (at 7:45 PM!!). The guy fixed the problem over the phone (he didn’t even need my order number, he knew which one it was).
The gal at the front desk is super nice too (she is happy to make you a coffee or latte while you wait). Even though I mainly have architectural plans printed, she said they do everything from business cards to vehicle wraps.
I will for sure do all my printing through them from now on.

ReproHaus always responds to any request and challenge. They are thorough, and will call you if an Architect overlooked a sheet in a set of drawings. They are extremely communicative, and are the absolute BEST at what they do, and I have worked with all of the reprographics houses in town at one point or another in the last 15 years!
We will continue to use them and recommend them!!!
