Eric is one of the most knowledgeable and professional individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was faced with a serious situation which could have been both life and career altering. I was most definately «up a creek without a paddle.»

Yep, I got a DUI. Very traumatic. I had to find a good DUI lawyer and I did not know where to start. He was able to handle my case without a hitch. He got my DUI reduced to a «Wet Reckless» and kept me apprised during the entire process. Eric, is a fantastic DUI lawyer, second to none! I had the unfortunate experience of being arrested for DUI. While doing my research for a lawyer I called Eric and he meet with me later that same day to go over the facts of my case. Eric gave a list of things to do prior to my court date to ensure that I had the best possible chance to having my case dropped to a lesser charge. Whenever I had a question he was quick to respond, which helped me, feel at ease and in good hands. I did all I could prior to my date in court and I believe that helped bring my conviction down. If you’re looking for a DUI attorney in San Diego, Eric Ganci is the one to hire! He and Hannah helped me understand the details of the law when it came to my case. Getting a DUI is a scary and traumatic experience and both of them helped me to feel at ease every step of the way. AND they got all of my charges lowered. Their responsiveness to my questions and concerns was expeditious and thorough. So glad I hired him!
And in a wierd turn of events, I ended up meeting one of the prosecuting DUI attorney’s for the City of San Diego and even they said Eric was one of the best in SD! If you don’t take it from me, take it from them!
