GNC

This GNC sucks so much. I bought two tubs of c4 for buy one get one 50% off, used one over the course of 60 days, and then found that the second one I had was spoiled (the seal had an air leak and it was all crystallized inside). The lady told me they have a strict 30 day return policy, so I’m stuck with a full 60 servings of garbage c4. Even though the purchase was tracked on my GNC card. Very disappointing, especially since I know she could easily send the product back to the manufacturer and get reimbursed.

We normally enjoy going to this location, but today was just HORRIBLE experience. We walked in and there was only 1 customer checking out at register so it wasn’t even busy to cause clerk to be in a pissy mood. My toddler accidentally dropped a sale sign from lower shelf and the clerk, an old man storms over to my kids looking so pissed off yelling DON’T TOUCH anything this is not a place for kids. I’m sorry, but My kids always comes w/​us to this store and the usual clerk an older lady is ALWAYS nice and welcoming and NEVER had any problems whatsoever. We always know the new items and deals for the day and can answer any questions we have coz she knows her shit. The kids «touch» things coz they carry whatever we buy to take to the cashier lady. So let’s just say we walked in the store to get a few things for the hubby and your pissy cashier today just lost our business. Even my 6yr old was confused and questioning why the man was so mean. Next time we will only come in if we see the lady cashier. ************************WARNING to customers*************DO NOT come in if old man is there and you have kids w/​you. I hope he reads this so he can change his attitude or get some re-​training on customer service.

I absolutely LOVE this location. The store is always clean, it’s so easy to find what I need, and the staff are always super helpful and personable. I’ve been going to this location for my nutritional and workout supplements for three years now. When I go, Vin is almost always there; she is AWESOME! She really knows her stuff, and she won’t fill you full of bull crap and lies to try to boost her sales numbers. When she sells you something, you can rest assured that it’s exactly what you came in to find. or as close as she can get you.
If you do not have a GNC Gold Card… get one. It’s like, $ 15 per year. But if you are a regular like I am, it will save you soooo much money! They have ridiculously awesome sales that are available only to Gold Card holders. I could make a car payment with what I’ve saved so far this year.
The only negative is the parking as it’s located in a busy shopping center where most of the idiots with undeserved licenses like to practice being douche bags. My recommendation is that you park in the furthest part of the CVS/​Sprouts lot closest to GNC and walk over. Just watch out for the tards who like to speed through.

Everytime I come I get good info & SAMPLES! There team is very knowledgeable and best of all, isn’t try to sell you this or that as much as giving you info WHEN YOU ASK FOR IT.

Have not been into a GNC in a long time when I stopped into this small GNC today. I remember when GNC’s were in just about every shopping center but now they are not as ubiquitous. The GNC’s all seem very specialized now with juicers and appliances in the front window. But someone on my Christmas list wanted some of their excellent protein powder so that is where I went.
Most of the GNC vitamins seem very high quality. In fact I preferred their wonderful Preventron multi-​vitamin as a prenatal-​it is so complete. A good sign of their quality is the fact that the GNC vitamins are not full of fillers and coloring agents, if you read the labels. Though this Rosecrans location is not large, it seems to have a good stock of all the best of the GNC line. If you are into working out, there are very knowledgeable sales staff who are buff and can answer your questions. Had to deduct 1 Unilocal STAR because of the somewhat hard-​to-​find location over in the corner of the shopping center near the Thai restaurant.
