Been getting my hair cut by Travis for over 2 years. Travis always provides phenomenal haircuts! And if he’s tied up, get a cut from Monica or Adam. They are equally as talented! So proud of you three opening up a shop of your own! It was the right thing to do for your customers/​friends and the quality cuts you three provide. The Gold Comb is the epitome of a barber shop. Great cuts, great people, and a great atmosphere!

Adam is the man! The guy spends so much time perfecting every detail. I have been going to Adam for almost a year now and I’m sure I will never stop. They are all absolute professional barbers. Like I was telling my friends, you will feel like he is close to being done but then you sit there for double that time as he goes over every inch. Plenty of time to study the other barbers and they are all perfectionists, it truly an art. You want a hot shave or a beard trim, no problem, they will hook you up! Would recommend to everyone!!!

Gold Comb is the best barbershop in North Park and one of the best in San Diego. I have been getting my hair cut here for the last months and can honestly say they are great.

Adam has been my go-​to barber for two years now. Super easy to talk to and an awesome guy, but more importantly is a terrific barber. Gold Comb’s location can’t be beat either, with super easy parking (which can be an issue in that area). 10/​10, as good as it gets

The Gold Comb is where it’s at! Adam, Monica and Travis are the real deal. Adam has been cutting my hair for quite some time now and he always does an amazing job. My hair is the worst hair in the world to cut, as I’ve been told by countless stylists and barbers. Every single cut is a new adventure, they say. However, Adam is always takes the time and attention to detail needed to make sure my hair is on point.
The space is also really inviting — minimalist, clean and comfortable. The service is incredible and they always offer you a cold beverage, which I definitely recommend you take them up on.
Check this place out and you’ll be a regular in no time.

Great place, easy scheduling/​plenty of appointments available and the service is top notch.
Travis has a meticulous attention to detail and listen closely to understand the cut you have in mind. I used to cut my own hair and every time I’d try a place or person out I’d leave thinking I did a better job on my own. I have a much better cut and have had people specifically ask where I get my haircut because the finish product is a sharp, professional, cool look.

My husband has been going to one of the barber for years! They really care about their clients & it shows. When my man comes home he looks so fresh & handsome. They even have a cooler with beers & other drinks. A haircut will run you $ 30– don’t forget to Tip!

Monica is a very knowledgable stylist and appears to take great pride in her work, fine tooth combing through your mane to eliminate any errant hairs.

This brand new barbershop near North Park’s art district was opened by some well-​known barbers in San Diego. The atmosphere is very clean, bright, and comfortable with some appealing modern design elements.
Monica has a tremendous attention to detail, which is why I came here. I regularly change my hair style and she’s always ready to take on any challenges I may throw her way. The service is efficient, professional, and friendly.
I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to look as good as I feel right now!

The barbers here are the best! The attention to detail is impeccable. I’ve been getting my hair cut by Travis for years and it feels so fresh and absolutely on point every time. I like a hard part and the edges cleaned with a straight razor, but still the side left long and femme. This barber shop is clean and up scale but still laid back and easy to get appointments at. You can park in the lot by Mike Hess Brewery for up to 2 hours while you are getting your hair did. This is my new favorite barber shop!
