Hands on Housekeeping is amazing. I have used other house cleaning services and HOH is by far the best. HOH does a great job making sure the house is spotless before each guest arrival. They communicate with me very well on guest check-​ins and check-​outs. I highly recommend hiring HOH to keep your vacation rental spotless and completely ready for your guest arrival!

Vivian and her crew at Hands On are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in their cleaning. I have known Vivian and used her service for over 15 years. When I was renting my unit, as an absentee owner, it was imperative to have someone I could rely on to check my property between guests and to keep it cleaned. They would contact the property manager if there were any issues. If there were maintenance issues, they contacted me and arranged to take care of the problems. Now that I don’t rent my condo, I still use them on a regular basis and really do not feel I could find anyone better!

We have been using Hands on inc for years as our vacation cleaning service. Their staff
is dependable and trustworthy! Our requests for cleaning are promptly scheduled
and efficiently done so that our home is ready for the next visit! They also monitor our
condo when we are away from town and quickly fulfill any needs or cleaning requests
specific to our home (as in special products for cleaning floors, windows, alarm system
settings, blinds open/​blinds closed etc). I highly recommend their service to fulfill any

I have owned two vacation rental companies in the beach area and have used Hands On Housekeeping to clean all of my vacation rental properties. This type of cleaning is no easy task. The crew needs to deep clean the refrigerator, wash and replace all linens, wipe out empty drawers and cabinets, deep clean all bathrooms, get rid of any traces of sand from the beach, wash the floors and basically make the properties look like new — leaving absolutely NO trace of the previous renter. Hands On Housekeeping & Maintenance does it right, every single time!

The cleaning crew is always professional, thorough, on time, and honest. They let me know if something is broken or needs to be replaced in my vacation properties. A nice perk is that they also do maintenance, should the need arise. It’s great to know I can have them hang a towel rack, fix a broken cabinet door or even clean the windows! They will come out take a look at the work and give you an estimate. Easy as pie.
