Business Owner

Emmanuel is a natural born entrepreneur. He opened his first business in 1978, and it was quite successful. In order to relocate to the Los Angeles region in 1992, he sold his business and entered the pest control industry. Within a few years, he was ready to launch Hi-​Tech Termite Control, and has been dedicated to its success ever since. He is looking forward to celebrating Hi-Tech’s twenty year anniversary with his wife and daughter, who are also an integral part of the team.

We have used Hi-​Tech Termite Control for many years now. Even when we were still renters we insisted that our landlord use only this company. So it goes without saying that when we bought our first home we called Hi-​Tech to do our termite inspection, and we also specifically asked for Dave Biacsi. He does such a thorough job, is courteous and gives sound advice! A good company that has not disappointed us! … and thanks Dave for a job well done!

Overall, a very good experience dealing with Hi Tech Termite. Mike Biasci, the gentleman who performed our termite inspection was particularly outstanding. Especially appreciated was his straightforward and honest approach to our situation and options in regard to our termite problem. Charity, in the office, responded quickly to any requests that I had for documentation, etc., and Cory, the technician who did the actual treatment was both courteous and professional. This occasion was for subterranean termite treatment and we will be sure to use them again as soon as we are ready for dry wood termite treatment.

Hi Tech recently completed a full Subterranean and Tent for termites. They were courteus, responsible, on-​time, and quick to respond to any requests I had. We did need to reschedule due to rain, but it was not a problem. Over-​all and excellent experience. I plan to use them for my next remodel project.

I have had Hi Tech out two times now and have been very satisfied each time. From their courteous office staff to the inspector to their workers who come out, top notch! They always arrive on time, and the office staff always calls after to make sure you are happy. Their treatment is safe for pets and they didn’t need to tent the house.

I first heard about this company while listening to NPR. I had already had a different company come out to do a bid on the work, and Hi-​Tech was able to provide a lower bid than the other company. I was interested in this company because they provide a service that does not require tenting the house, and with owning dogs and having a roommate, I didn’t want to put us all out of a place to stay for the three days and deal with paying for a motel. I had Hi-​Tech Termite Control come out to perform their service last week, and all is looking really great! I have a 3 year warranty with this company as well, whereas the other company only offered a 2 year warranty. It’s worth mentioning that Steve Barton performed the initial inspection and he was on time, and had great customer service skills. Would highly recommend him and the company if you’re looking at an alternative solution to tenting your house.

These guys are the best. After I bought my house a leak was discovered which had been cleared in the initial inspection. Dave came down and took one look and took responsibility for the repairs. When the house needed tenting they did a professional job for a reasonable price. Just call them.

I have termite in detached from the house structure. Would not even come out for the estimate because they charge some minimum for all the jobs and they don’t feel the profit from my job would justify their time. Greedy and selfish.

I would like to recommend the Hi-​Tech Termite Control Company in San Diego to anyone seeking the very best service provided by highly trained technicians. Recently, our building in San Diego was treated by Hi-​Tech for termite infestation. Hi-​Tech used a new state-​of-​the-​art alternative treatment called Termidor. All of the owners in the six separate units were highly satisfied with the professional way Hi-​Tech dealt with our Home-​Owners Association and Board of Directors. Hi-​Tech did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Also I want to commend Mr. Steve Barton who supervised the entire operation to our great satisfaction.
