Came in at 1140pm was greeted by Ramon very rudely saying don’t you know we close at 12. Restaurant wasn’t busy or full at this time and took him 15 mins to come over to take order. He wasn’t friendly one bit. Just came over no hello no how are you just you ready to order. Had 2 more people come in he didn’t ask them if they wanted to order until 1215am stating that the kitchen was closed. They had been sitted for about 10 mins. Otherwise the food was good.

I’ve been to this location before and was disappointed, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. Great meal!

I asked for fresh strawberries and blueberries. Well after such a long wait, waiter comes over with my food and she«forgot» my request she came back and just rinsed the blueberries and threw them on top of my food. I don’t know who she was trying to fool but these are not fresh!!! This place is a joke! Do yourself a favor and go to Denny’s or broken Yolk!

Came here at about 7am. The staff was friendly but the restaurant it self was just dirty. The carpet looked as tho it had not been vacuum in over a week and the sitting booths were just as dirty. The food was bland. I can now definitely see why this location was empty(my first time ever to walk into an empty IHOP) 2 stars just for the staff who were friendly and attentive.

Worst service. Passed on multiple other options and made the mistake of going to this location. There were 3 families in the restaurant that sat down at the same time. Everyone ordered at the same time. 25 minutes goes by and one group gets food. We got 30 minutes and were done. The manager was more concerned with wiping down tables yet to be say at and making small chat with the bus boys.

I just want to say that service was awesome. I just really didn’t like the food. My brothers and I didn’t finish anything because we didn’t like anything we got. We’ve been to ihop multiple times before, this was our first time at this location. We all love our hash browns especially extra crispy and we did request it to be crispy but it was soggy, burnt and bland. We all had to put extra sauce on our plates just to taste something and i’m sorry to say we had lost our appetite and were ready to go. I’m sorry that we didn’t like the food because the service was great.

I am so glad I read the reviews before walking in. My husband and I and our kids were sitting in the car and I decided to go inside to see if it really smelled… Yep it did… Walked right back out and went to Denny’s. Lol

I don’t think this review is going to help bring up their level of two stars. Nothing like the great service of being seating, not ready immediately to order and having the ONLY server/cashier apparently on duty tonight; seat a family, stand next to counter doing nothing, seat another couple of guy, rang up a lady(that looked like her daughter), then she came by to take our order and then sat a couple before taking our order back. Honestly about half hour before taking our order-felt like forever. Customer service sucks. Hey look at the glistening bacon. Please let me know if this review was useful, funny or cool. Thank You so much

IHOP is pretty consistently bad in my opinion. We somehow ended up with an exorbitantly high bill for some mediocre food. We found a bug in the coffee mug and there was no apologies, more of a «oh, that again» from the waitress. The food was not great… Definitely should have hit a local spot versus a bad breakfast chain.

Needed breakfast. So I thought ihop would fix the craving. And I should have looked at the two star rating before walking in. –The place smelled off as soon as I walked in –Ordered water, received a lipstick coated glass with the water –Asked for a sunny side up egg, received a raw slimy egg –Menu was coated in a thin layer of syrup(on each page) –Booth seats had the previous patrons scraps and items that fell off the plates all over Bottom line: Ask the homeless person with the stolen shopping cart that smells like urine in the parking lot to cook you breakfast with something he found in the dumpster of the gas station. You’ll probably get something more appetizing.

How did I get talked into eating here? Ugh okay fine, I’ll have the $ 4.99 all you can eat pancakes. The place was not super busy, yet it took forever to have waitress not greet us. «Do you know what you want to drink?» she says. No hellos, smiles, nada. 20 minutes later I got 2 little pancakes placed in front of me. I asked for extra butter as there’s no way I was touching that syrupy cesspool to my left. Another 10 minutes I get the butter & Another 20 minutes I finally get 1 refill on my water, 2 more pancakes & the bill slapped down. None of the staff looked happy, smiled, cared. None. Add the horrible 50’s Bebop music that the manager lost her virginity too(staff hated it too and said«managers choice») I actually think the Mexican polka would have been better music. Miserable experience & staff that seemed equally miserable — won’t go back.

Im a Veteran and took my wife and son there for their special. To be honest, hotcakes were awful. I expected some kind of deal but instead paying more than the regular. Service was a delayed and not too good. I’ll never return here for a Veterans day again or any at that. To be honest, i feel the only thing I got was free whip cream and berries. C’mon IHOP!!! For all this im rating you 1 star.

We just recently visited this establishment for the third time in a year. It had actually been about 7 months since our last visit. But, it’s right near our home and we figured we’d give it one last shot since our usual Denny’s off of Rosecrans was pretty busy. First, let me say, I drive by this place multiple times a day and there is almost never anyone there. The parking lot is always bare. That really should be the first sign. Second, when you walk in you are hit in the face by this really gross musty smell. It reminds me of an unkempt nursing home. I almost wonder if there is mold within the walls. It really is that bad. Third, the waitresses are always so rude and look like they’d rather be anywhere else in the world. You have to flag someone down if you need anything at all, even a refill. May I remind you that at most there have been three other tables of couples/families when we’ve been there? Not exactly hopping so there really isn’t any valid excuse for not checking up on your customers. The food is decent. We’ve had better and we’ve loved IHOP’s elsewhere but we just aren’t digging this one. We will be sticking to Denny’s. Much better service, better food and it doesn’t smell.

Breakfast was great. Service was just as good. It’s IHOP you get what you pay for. Not a bad spot for post wedding partying.
