I’ve never had nice teeth or the perfect smile. I’ve always wanted to fix it wasn’t ready for the pain that comes with it. I was going to the same dental office since I was 2 years old, they kept telling me that I would need crowns instead of veneers which I believed because I’m not a dentist. Not only would I have to pay $ 1,500 per crown but the pain of it wouldn’t have been worth it. I’ve had crowns before and don’t have a high tolerance for pain so I knew that would put me out for a while. I decided I’d look around and get more options into what I could do. I found about Dr. Ho through a friend of mine who worked for him, so I called and got an appointment within a week. The staff is very friendly and the office is cute and private. I didn’t think I was going to walk out with an appointment to get my teeth done but I did. He gave me the option of Lumineers which are amazing because it is pain free and your own teeth don’t need to be filed down. People don’t realize how little things like your smile affect your self esteem. The way everyone in the office made me feel was fantastic, they all came to look at me to see the before and after which made it so much better. I haven’t stopped smiling since then. Thank you Dr. Ho and his wonderful staff for making me this happy. I will be returning to him whenever I need anything done from now on.

I came in for a routine cleaning, staff was very nice and welcoming. Dr Ho dental assistant was very nice and made the X-​ray process fast and easy. I was able to meet the manager to work out some things with insurance and she was very helpful as well.
Overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend Dr Ho.

This office is super friendly and awesome… especially Angelina and Jezabel they both made my first visit to the dentist a fun one! You can tell that Dr. Ho really cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything to you and that he cares about the health of his patients. I am glad that we chose this dental office !!!

I usually avoid dentist due to bad experiences but I really enjoyed my visit at ISmile. All of the staff was very pleasant and friend. Dr. Ho was extremely nice and caring. I look forward to my next visit! :)

These guys are Great !!! From the receptionist, Dental Assistants and Dentist, they made me feel really comfortable. They always asked me how I was feeling and doing. I’ve had some very awful experiences with my past dentist. It’s refreshing that these guys put Customer Service and my experience first !!!

I used to be afraid of going to the dentist because I’ve had some bad experiences before. The staff at ISmile are very nice and very knowledgeable. Dr. Michael Ho is an awesome dentist and helped me have a healthy smile again! The Hygienist Emma was also great! She really did a great job cleaning my teeth and getting my gums healthy again. All of the staff are courteous and help you feel relaxed while you’re there. I actually look forward to going to the dentist nowadays because of the way I am treated at ISmile. Very good dentist office ! Had to wait a little bit to see the dentist! But Emma the hygienist is awesome, very sweet, and has very good customer service skills !!! Also the dental assistant that polished my teeth was very sweet and was very professional.

I am currently sitting inside ISmile Dental and as a new patient to Dr. Ho, I must say that he and his staff are excellent. I was greeted promptly by Lydia, the front receptionist, who was super friendly and helpful. Afterward, I was helped by Yolanda and Angelina, who were also friendly and informative. Dr. Ho and his staff truly cares about their patients and makes sure they feel comfortable and receives quality work. I would definitely recommend ISmile Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist!

LOVED THE HYGIENIST! She was super informative, and sweet! You can tell she really cares about keeping your gums healthy and will teach you what you need to know to achieve that! She was also very sensitive to my needs. For someone with extremely sensitive teeth, this is an A+++! Unfortunately, Dr. Ho was not there but by the other reviews, hope to meet him as well.
I previously worked for a dentist and know what it takes to run an office, this staff is organized and friendly! Two thumbs up for your hard work, ladies! :-D

I can honestly say this staff is amazing. Every staff member really seems to care about the patients and their jobs. I was nervous to go because I didn’t have insurance for a few years. But everything from the exam, the cleaning, and the treatments I received were excellent, and its definitely because of the staff! Thank you!

If you are looking for a dentist you trust, look no further! Dr. Ho is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in dentistry. He exudes professionalism and genuinely cares for his patients. As an RN, I am very conscientious of who I pick as my health care provider. I wholeheartedly trust him when it comes to the health of my teeth and gums. He puts me at ease when I come in for my check-​ups.

Emma, the dental hygienist, is amazing as well. I have learned so much in preventive care pertaining to my teeth/​gums.
Furthermore, the ancillary staff, especially Angela, is very friendly and courteous. I am always greeted with a warm smile and they always address all my questions and concerns. Office is super clean as well!

He thoroughly explains all of your oral health needs and he makes sure you understand them as well as their level of importance. The friendliness of the staff and the professionalism of Dr. Ho makes my trip to the dentist enjoyable. As the Shane Company would say,“now you have a friend in the dentist business!”

Not only is the staff super nice but they are great with my kids! They go above and beyond explaining things and answered all my questions. I went a very long time without seeing a dentist because of past bad experiences, I only wish I would have found this place sooner.

Not only does he have bragging his education, but he has the best practice that I’ve ever been to. He explains everything he is doing and all issues regarding your oral health, in a way that you understand. You can’t go wrong here.

I went in for a basic cleaning (after not being to the dentist for awhile) and I have to say it was easy breezy! Dr Ho was very attentive and thoroughly explained everything to me. I had X-​rays taken just to make sure everything was fine and Dr Ho took the time to go over them and show me the condition of my teeth. The cleaning was so painless and quick. I definitely recommend coming here for any dental work!

Dr Ho is one of the best dentist I have met. He explains everything you need and don’t do procedures you don’t need. Also the staff has really good customer service.
