Tony is quite simply the best. Open and honest, fantastic prices, and just really down to earth. Before i go into my whole story, just go see him if you have any issues with your cell phone. he’s upfront with his pricing, and can work miracles (revived my iphone 5 after multiple occasions of liquid damage). Tony is deserving of all the praise on Unilocal and more … now on to my tale.
the story: iphone 5 ends up in a drink over New Years and then sits in it’s own filth for 2 weeks (won’t turn on, is dead). I attempt to consult online, apple store, at&t store (all of which basically are just like, «get a new phone»). Tony tells me over the phone «$ 75 if i can get it back up and running, $ 35 if not». I drop it off, he says it’ll probably be a few days but he’ll get in touch with me. the next day i get a text on my work cell «what’s your passcode» … he’s cleaned the whole phone and got it working. a miracle! he even tests the battery and charging port and says «they actually are ok, you don’t need to replace those» … only an extra $ 10 to get the back screen replaced (he sends pics and actually says it’ll work fine, just has water damage)… all in all… an absolute miracle!!!
the story continues: … but before I even have a chance to write a Unilocal review, my phone ends up in a puddle of wine (yes, i clearly shouldn’t own a phone). i immediately shut it off and bring it in to Tony. He told me the last time it’s best to bring it in even if it’s working ok… as the liquid dries, that’s when things can go bad (also my camera lens has moisture in it, so i know some got in) … He cleans it all up in about 30 mins while i wait for a small fee… unfortunately, later that night it just shuts off … bring it back in a couple days later he immediately checks out the battery and it’s shot after the wine dried inside it (he can get to the motherboard, but not into the battery) he swaps that out right away, tests it all good.
Not only has he successfully fixed my phone twice (and stands by his work), but he’s super easy to talk to and just feels like a friend. I’ve already told coworkers to bring their stuff in, and i wish Tony all the best…

Anthony is the master! When my carrier told me that their repair technicians couldn’t fix my phone and i would need to pay the ridiculous deductable through my insurance, i didnt think it was possible, but i called tony and he fixed it. And quick too. Ill refer anyone with confidence that he’ll come through.

Thanks again to Tony for saving my phone for the 2^nd time. I hard trouble rebooting my phone after an update to IOS 9. It’s working great again.

Tony was a great help today. I came in today for my iPhone 6 & he is very quick Very happy that after a day of having no phone because of water damage from the toilet was not the business. Went to drop off something in the building and the apple repair sign caught my eye. I popped in for a price ($ 60 to fix front and back) and he was done in 20 minutes! Very efficient and affordable! Highly recommend Tony!

I took my wife’s iPhone to Tony for repair since our son threw her phone in the bath tub. Tony was very upfront and honest about what he could do and gave us hope! He ended up fixing my wife’s phone and saved us a ton of money! He sent me pictures of the water damage! He replaced all of the faulty parts to make it just like a brand new phone! I brought my iPhone 5s here because it was in serious need of a screen replacement. Tony fixed my phone with replacing both the screen and the LCD (most places only replace the screen). The process took about 15 – 20 minutes and my phone was returned good as new. Tony is a really nice guy! I would definitely come back here again because I’m a habitual screen-​cracker lol. 2 thumbs up!!!

I was extremely impressed by the service I received here. Tony was extremely knowledgable and professional.
I’ve had my iphone 5s for three years and it’s gone through a lot of abuse. I’ve replaced three screens so far and it’s been immersed in water multiple times. My phone got wet in a canyoneering trip and stopped charging or turning on. When it was opened up, it was rusty in several spots. I honestly didn’t think it could be repaired.
Tony cleaned off the rust and repaired the water damaged chip. In addition, I asked him to replace replaced the buttons, battery and charger port. All together it was $ 108. He also stood by his service, offering to refund all but $ 35 if my phone still had problems. Luckily, my phone works like new.

Tony is the real deal. In less than 15 min he fixed my wife’s iphone 5c that had a broken LCD screen after she dropped on the ground. He has a great personality and values the quality of his work.
Sadly, once we got home we discovered that the 5c’s smaller speaker ended up not working well (full of static). Tony replaced it for no extra charge! He even hold me he guarantees his work for a limited time.

Headed over to Tony once again for a small fix and got the same Tony experience. This guy is super nice! Did you know that there is a global shortage of certain cell phone parts? To save costs many repair businesses are using refurbished parts to fix your phone. Not Tony, he will make sure you get what you paid for. After explaining this to me Tony gave me a list of other repair centers in the area that he trusts. Super honest and trust worthy business!

Well, Tuesday started out a little rough because my iPhone died that morning. Yes, I’m one of those people who unfortunately is very dependent on their mobile device since I use it to help manage my schedule (and everything else).
I accidentally spilled coffee on the iPhone in the morning and called Tony mid-​day. I’m sure he’s heard it all. In his calm and reassuring voice, he suggested that I not wait too long to ensure that it doesn’t further damage the phone.
Of course, I thought of more questions to ask as the day went on and he patiently answered my questions. I finally went over to see him in the afternoon, and he took the time to open up the phone and immediately worked on it. A few minutes later, the phone was back on again.
Here are the reasons why you should go see Tony:
— He has successfully repaired my iPad and two iPhones
— He is knowledgeable, careful, and efficient. As a matter of fact, the other repair guys in San Diego rely on Tony to fix their mistakes. This is huge!
— From my experiences working with Tony, he is a nice man who is trying to make an honest living. He is not the type of person who will make unnecessary recommendations to earn additional money. As a matter of fact, he fixed my phone and told me it didn’t need any new parts.
— He is ethical and trust worthy. Wouldn’t you want to work with someone like that?
Ok, so when I first came in, I told him that I had a tough time focusing at work because I didn’t have a phone, and I was also in a crappy mood. Well, I left in a good mood. He is my new therapist! :) Oh yeah… I forgot to add that I learned a lot about what not to do when you spill liquid on a cell phone, and I received some great advice on cell phone cases.
I am not the type who goes around writing Unilocal reviews. I did this because Tony is a quality person. Trust me. You’ll know exactly what I mean when you meet him.
Oh by the way, I actually chose to do this review because I am very happy with the service I received.

Tony did a great job when my iPhone 5S fell on the kitchen tile early this morning. Came in, there were two jobs before me, he quoted me an hour. Came back an hour later, it’s fixed, and it’s both faster at $ 55 cheaper than going through Apple.
Third-​party repair outfits are sometimes dicey, but this is really good quality work. I’d recommend him to anyone who’s having an issue with Apple products.

Update! By some weird vortex in the karmic fabric, just a week after going to Tony and him showing me I didn’t need repairs, just a couple days ago I dropped my iPhone 6 and cracked the glass. Back to Tony. This time the awesomeness looked like this: there was a note on the door saying «back at 3pm» and I had arrived at 2:15. Bummer. But I called his mobile and he said «give me 5 minutes» after which he appeared and restored my phone to brandy-​new status. Notice how clean my text looks here: fresh glass! I am a loyal 6-​star Unilocal customer.
Earlier original post: Tony is just great. What blew my mind is that he not only figured out that I didn’t need new parts-​just judicious port cleaning, but he also encouraged me to just bring the phone in whenever it might need free recleaning rather than try it myself. He could EASILY have done 100 or more dollars of repairs which I ASKED FOR, and so would have been happy with, but instead he was honest fast and didn’t make any money. I insisted on paying him 10 bucks and he has won a loyal and enthusiastic customer. GO! You will not regret it.

I brought my 2011 MacBook Air into Tony’s shop because I cracked the screen. Although there were slightly lower prices online, I decided to pay a little bit more for next day repair.
I had been texting Tony with my product information before I brought the Mac in to see if he could repair it. He confirmed that he could and gave me a price. When I went into his shop he was professional and straightforward. Told me what to expect an kept me in the loop when it was completed.
I went back in to pick up my MacBook Air the following day and again he was very professional. He turned on my computer and showed me the new LCD and I couldn’t be happier. It looks a lot better than the spiderweb ink I had on my last one.
I would definitely recommend Tony’s services to anyone needing iPhone, iPad or Mac repairs. The prices are fair and turn around time is superb.

Tony is awesome! There is a reason he has a 5 star overall Unilocal rating. About a month ago I went in with a terribly cracked iphone 6 screen. He repaired it and did an amazing job. His price was also the lowest I could find in the area. This past week my screen had a slight glitch and I had no idea what it was from. Came back to Tony and he fixed it for me for free! He could have easily told me that it was my fault and that I would need to pay for a new screen again. He made my day! Anyways, go to Tony. you will not be disappointed and you will encounter great customer service!

Why didn’t I find this place earlier??? AGGHHH!
I went to a place in Long Beach (see my previous review), got totally ripped off.
Came here because my phone wasn’t charging properly. He simply cleaned it up for me, told me there was some lint in there. Didn’t even charge me for his time.
