Nothing too special with this establishment. But the boyfriend loves their breakfast jack so we were here just for those. He also loves their triple cheese and hash brown breakfast burrito. I must say, it’s actually pretty cheesy. Of course it’s not good for you, but it is after all from a fast food joint. Just FYI — they have a 2 for $ 4 deal for the breakfast burritos and if you don’t ask them about the special and you actually do order two or more, they won’t apply the special price automatically. I inquired about it to the manager and he said that we should have said it when we were ordering and unfortunately the cashier was brand new. What’s nice of him to do was give us another burrito since we did spend $ 10 for 3 burritos. Yes, call us fatties. In any case, the boyfriend ate his and I just ate one. I got the sausage burrito and I can’t really complain other than I wish it was from Rigoberto’s. Maybe next time…

Thank you JANE at the drive thru. Super sweet and you knew she valued her job. It was so refreshing to see and her the joy in her work. Working the drive thru can be difficult and overwhelming but Jane seemed like she had it down.

My best friend and I decided to eat here after a concert since it was on the way home, it was probably around maybe 12a. m so we went throughout the drive-thru. we pull up and we ask the lady to give us a minute. she comes back 2 – 3 minutes later asking if we were ready and at this point their was no one around us, no one was there except for us. so she came back and asked if we were ready and we said no, if she could give us a couple more minutes. she responds back and goes«ughhhh» over the speaker. so we obviously got upset because thats not a way to treat a customer especially if we are listening. so we said«excuse me?» anyways we told her that we weren’t going to order here anymore. so we drive thru the drive thru and as we pass the window. she flipped us off, and the other 2 workers just waved us goodbye. by far the worst customer service I have ever gotten.

I used to think that fast food workers getting constantly wrong was just a rare incident that people blow out of proportion until I started coming here. I never had any issues with wrong orders or anything of the sort, but this Jack in the Box in particularly regularly gets my orders wrong. It’s pretty much a 50⁄50 risk when I order something. Doesn’t matter if I give them the order number or say the entire item name, it’s just a big roulette of what I get. I don’t know if the people are just plain incompetent or they don’t care, but it’s pretty damn annoying. Oh stop over salting the french fries. It’s like eating straight salt.

This Jack in the Box visit was made wonderful by the girl who helped us at the register. Her name is Marinisha(spelling may be incorrect) and she was sweet and helpful. Usually fast food workers are sour and act like they hate being there, but she was attentive and ready to help.

This is our favorite Jack in the Box! My husband and I have been to many, many, probably too many, Jack in the Box restaurants! They are always very quick and accurate with their orders. My husband and I don’t really have the easiest order, many locations get it wrong. Our favorite thing to order is: 1 Bacon Ultimate Cheese Burger, with no mayonnaise but extra bacon. 3 jalapeño poppers. 3 egg rolls. 1 Jacks Spicy Chicken Sandwich, mayonnaise ONLY. The mini cookies and one medium coke. It’s quite the list! Like I said, most places mess it up or forget things. These guys are on it! It is also a very clean location with friendly staff members. The wait is very short. Only just ONE time did we have a bad experience. There was a lady working there that was either new or just didn’t know what was going on. I had to wait 28 minutes for our food!!! We got two free desserts though as their apologetic offering. Other than that ONE bad experience, everything has been great at this location! :)

The restaurant was clean from the parking lot to the kitchen. Prompt friendly service provided by Melissa. Food came up hot and delicious. One of the highlights was seeing this sign posted in the restaurant showcasing how they give back to the community!

Good service!!! Clean restaurant. Their chicken fajita pita is relatively low calories if you are trying to eat healthy and want a change. Chicken has good flavor with a kick of spiciness. However, I can’t pass up their curly Fries. So much for eating healthy. I’ll will eat healthier TOMORROW ;0)

Ive never had an issue with this Jack and the box until several nights ago. Thier drive thru has always been fast and courteous. However if your dining in during late hours your gonna be treated like crap. A few of my friends and I came in on a Fri night past midnight. it seem like the manager was working the entire time. We literally waited 20mins until he acknowledged us and took our order. By the way… He was talking to us as if we were kids with a harsh tone. Im big on customer service and he was not on point that night. Our food came out and I politely asked for some SECRET(its amazing btw) sauce. He looked at me as if I was stupid and said«you sure you want it? It looks like you wont like it» I was trying to keep my composure the entire time. During our dinner there was a mentally challenged man eating next to us. We were minding our business and the man decided to go up to the counter and order more food. The worker made a gesture implying the man was crazy AND he wouldnt serve him… Long story short: suggest just taking the drive thru.

Yes, I just gave 5 stars to a fast food chain. Is Jack In the Box a 5 star restaurant? No, but this location gets 5 stars for customer service, and I’ll tell you why — 1) Friendly drive-thru people! They don’t get all *sigh-y* with me if I order no ketchup on my burger, and they always ask me to confirm if my order looks correct on the screen. 2) They don’t get cheap on the sauces — There’s a Wendy’s location in Escondido, who never gives you straws, and never asks if you want ketchup. And when I ask for a ranch after they shove me the bag, they act like I’m inconveniencing them. Jack’s, not only do they ask you if you want sauces — they ask you HOWMANY sauces. Awesome in my book. 3) At the end they always ask — ‘How was your service today?’ Wow, that’s a loaded question, that I myself might even be afraid to ask at my own customer service position. But they do such a good job, I always say, GREAT.

My last roommate worked in the administrative office as a higher up for Jack, so I had a sweet little discount card for a while, and subsequently, frequented a plethora of Jack in the Box’s for over a year. I got tired of the same food and stopped going for a while. When I moved the the PQ area and realized Jack was less than I mile from my place, I began going again. I don’t give a lot of five star reviews, especially for a fast food joint, but honestly, this particular location is great. The associates are always well spoken, dressed, clean, and respectful. At any hour. Occasionally they are out of an Item that I want, which kind of bugs but for the most part, they are well stocked. I just can’t get over the amazing service here. Compared to so many other fast food places around town, this is truly as good as it gets. I commend all of the people who work here as they clearly take their job seriously, which you don’t often see in their profession.

Came here at 3:30 am wanting an oreo cookie shake only for them to have a «broken» machine. I bet the machine was just off. I was heart broken and ended up getting a chicken sandwich and got a splurpie from 7-eleven. Bottom line: chicken sandwich + slurpie does not equal an oreo cookie shake. When you crave the shake, it should be available. Overall, Jack is still fast, made to order, and cheap. Line was not long on a Saturday morning.

Funny we ate here on Christmas Day after having a FEAST Christmas Eve! What I really liked about this visit and this location is that the customer service was fast and the food was HOT. You really can’t complain for eating here for around $ 15 for two and getting tons of good eats! I still can’t get over how you can get breakfast here all DAY all NIGHT! :)

Nice clean and new restaurant. Free wi-fi. Good quick frendly service. Food is okay for a quick bite and they’re open 24⁄7 which is good if you have a late night hunger. Good dollar menu. I love the cheapo tacos. What do you want. It’s a fast food restaurant so the food is average, but I like it.

My friend wanted to stop by here to pick up some food for her son last night. So, I didn’t have any of the food(as if it really differs that much from any other location). However, I was quite enthralled(and very easily so) by the self-order kiosk. For someone who generally hates face-to-face interaction, this is a wonderful invention/introduction to the world of fast-food restaurants. I should’ve just tried it just to get a cheap thrill. Maybe next time.
