Unfortunately can’t recommend this location, they charge double the price for basic w2, not really professional and difficult to understand as well

This is my second year in a row getting my taxes done here and despite the reviews I always have an excellent experience. The person I always see is Mrs Vivian Townes and she’s fast and very helpful when it comes to planning for next year’s taxes. My taxes are simple so we breeze through it together no problem. I love how my info is already stored in their database so I don’t have to keep searching for things every year. I also always get a 50 $ gift card to somewhere and this time I got one to Walmart. I’d recommend without reservation in a heart beat.

The worst customer service I have every experienced. I will never be returning they over charge and don’t give their refunds in a timely manner. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The lady working on 30th street was the rudest person I have ever encountered. F– to say the least.

i had 2012 business taxes prepared for about 300 $ and came out owing 400. I returned with writeoffs and receipts and they charged me another $ 100 and i came up owing nothing showing a loss for first year in business. now, Nov. 2013, i get a letter from irs saying they did the requested changes and I now owe 409 $ and have 3 weeks to pay it. I have had no luck contacting Jackson Hewitt as of yet. It seems theyre all closed until tax time but i will continue to find a number that works. I mean really if i wanted to screw up my tax returns, i could have done so myself and saved $ 809
