Slowest… service… ever… Not to mention, the guy didn’t fill the three smells ordered before me OR my medium smoothie. Come here if you want to get ripped off and have time to burn.

What Jamba Juice doesn’t open until eight It’s Jamba Juice it should be open early just say all the other mainstream stores. Won’t be coming back.

This is a sleepy little Jamba Juice located inside Vons. I like to order /pay and then do my banking at the Wells Fargo or pick up some grocery items, so its convenient. There is often only one person working behind the counter so the service can be slow. It you see a line you can count on waiting. I always get the fresh squeezed OJ and a wheat grass shot.

I’m actually one of the employees here and I just wanted to let people know some things: Yes, we are aware of how slow service can get during busy times and it totally sucks. When you receive your receipt there is an online survey that can be filled out which allows us to know how we’re doing. If enough people complain about the wait corporate will be forced to add more employees(the manager does not have this power) and you’ll also get a buy-one-get-one smoothie just for completing the survey! A few things about this Jamba Juice is changed because of its affiliation with Von’s. Our menus aren’t as updated as a regular jamba, some of the drinks on the secret menu aren’t something that gets updated often, however, if you know what’s in it we’ll be more than happy to make it for you! We’re also unable to take jamba juice promotional offers because of our Von’s partnership. Not sure why but this is how it had always been. This place isn’t a «joke» it’s merely had to make some sacrifices in order to function since its funded mostly though Von’s and not Jamba Juice. I feel like I know which employee most of these negative reviews are about and I feel awkward being forced to be put in a position of apologizing on her behalf but I am sorry for her behavior. Unfortunately I’m not the manager and there isn’t much I can do about this. Thank you for all the reviews! We’re working on it!

Not the best Jamba, they don’t have the full range of stuff. So was a wee bit disappointed with them.

Not my thing to give bad reviews, as I gave them many chances because they are 2 minutes from my work. Juice is fine taste like jamba juice looks like jamba juice it is jamba juice, and that’s what they get one star for. But there is one fatal difference they are slow, very slow! so if you are on a 30 minute lunch break drive to the one in the highlands now because even though it take about 10 minutes with lights to get there you will get your order twice as fast.

I remember when they first opened this Jamba Juice here at Vons. It’s true that they did not accept regular JJ gift cards but now this has changed. They even posted a sign up saying that they DO accept JJ gift cards. Problem solved. The issue I have with this Jamba Juice is that the staff making and serving customers is not that friendly. They don’t seem to enjoy what they are doing and it feels like they got stiffed by working at the Jamba area rather than another Vons department. So far, all the drinks I have ordered here at this location have been really good. One advantage of having a Jamba Juice inside of a Vons is that you get to use your club card for a free smoothie. The day I checked in here I ordered 2 original sized smoothies for the price of one. What a pleasant surprise! :) Thanks!

Please don’t go here. This is Jamba Juice is a joke. Although it is labeled as a Jamba Juice, it doesn’t accept any promotions or coupons that you could use at most normal Jamba Juice locations. It’s located inside a Vons, so it’s a convenient location. But the staff is completely inept. Today I went to order Matcha Energy Shot. At first, she said«you mean the grass, right.» I had to explain to here that matcha is actually green tea. Then, she looked around puzzled until she found the item on the menu. After that, she turned around and said«I don’t know how to make that.» I was late to a class, so I just left tired and dejected… lack of caffeine and antioxidants. This location is a joke.
