Jamba Juice

Too bad that i won’t come back to this branch again. When are you going to understand that when i pay you over $ 6 for a smoothie i would like a cup full of a smoothie not a cup with half smoothie and half air!

I love the cold pressed juices from here, but I feel like they are a bit overpriced. I won’t be back without a coupon.

Must have had some training or new management, but there is an improvement of the skill of everyone working there. I did make notice and it looks pretty bad. But the entry door on my recent visit was really tattered and made the place look junky.

I was feeling a little under the weather so I decided to get something healthier in my life an jamba juicy sounded pretty sexy! Hoooooly shiiize their almond concoctions are the business! I got the almond milk peanut butter an berries w/​zinc and antioxidant boost: Taste like a straight up pb&j on point but with that touch of healthy. My girl got the almond milk pumpkin: Gaaaawd dizzam they should call that Houdini cause that is some magical S%&# lol highly recommend those two and customer service was great, got me out of the nice and fast! Will definitely be back.

First and will be last time here, not sure if the guy that helped me just got up of what but felt very in welcomed… To bad

The staff is more than friendly especially when you start getting picky subtracting this and adding this. I just don’t think that smoothies which is fruit and veggies should be that expensive. It’s nothing the staff can do it’s a corporation that sets them but very friendly and there’s parking unlike many places in SD

Service could have been a bit better

I should have went with only one star, but my drink that was made was good. I give this Jamba juice 2 stars not because of the quality of the drink or food, but because of poor customer service. Tonight when I came in to order a medium mango a go go, I input my number to redeem a $ 3 off coupon on my drink but nothing printed out. So the person who was ringing me up named DOROTHY made it seem like I was lying to her about my coupon and kept asking me if I was sure. I told her exactly what was on the screen and I told her I pressed yes to redeem the coupon and now it said that I was only 25 points away from redeeming a coupon. She said, «you’re suppose to redeem 35 points for your next coupon» and I said «i know that, it said 25 because I did not use it the last time I purchased a drink.» She rolled her eyes and then realized the receipt machine was out of paper and when she replaced the empty roll, behold! My receipt for $ 3 off printed out. She told me she had to void my order if I wanted to redeem the coupon so I won’t get charged for the $ 4.99 drink. I told her ok that’s fine, and she rolled her eyes again and looked mad as she was voiding the order. She did not apologize or even look me in the eyes while talking to me after the coupon printed out. I could have easily paid for the $ 4.99 drink without the coupon, but she made me feel as if I was a liar. I ALWAYS come to this Jamba Juice & everyone is usually nice, but this girl was so rude. Total disappointment. I know people have their bad days, but don’t take it out on your customers! I was nothing but nice to her. I even said thank you to her after she voided my purchase!

Love the service here; there are 2 employees who are particularly wonderful! I will get their names next time I am here and put them up here, they deserve recognition for their professionalism, and with how quick they are with their service.
They usually give free samples of their fresh squeezed juices; fabulous! I usually get one of them.

It is amazing here… but the only issue is that some of the people seem new, and when there is a good amount of customers, well let’s say 1 or 2 of the staff work while the rest play around

I was in today and ordered a smoothie from jamba kids menu. Poppin peach mango, I was denied because I didn’t have a child! Like what the heck!!! I tried explaining that my son was on his way with my sister, he walks slow and I just wanted to give him something quick after an hour playing at the park. She still said no. I don’t see why it was a big deal. Never coming back. I went to the starbucks across the way.

The last time I went there I felt bad for the girl working there she was new and really busy and only one person with her. She was lost we waited ¹⁵⁄₂₀ mins for are drinks. They should really have more ppl if one is new.

Frutis and vegetables blended with ice and/​or other ingredients and additives. Awesome. I always get the kids berry beet it, $ 2.99 no tax. When it’s hot, it gets BUSY. The employees are usually 18 – 20 somethings and are usually very upbeat. I can’t ever remember having bad customer service here.

This was the worst experience ever. Over 12 – 15 minutes to get oatmeal that is already prepared. A cashier standing at the register with no customers waiting for more, one lady trying to make drinks. The cashier cant get oatmeal? this IS terrible. Top it off, when I get all the way to work, the oatmeal was not done it is super watery. Yes and I bought two and wasted my money on this non-​edible food. I am calling the store later today after I calm down to get my money back. I need to find another place to get steel cut oats in the morning, Obviously Jamba Juice is not it.

Love this particular Jamba Juice. I’ve always received a fantastic smoothie and in a timely fashion. They can get really packed, but they’re still super fast and friendly.
On my last visit, I paid for one drink with a $ 20 and was supposed to get back $ 12 but she only have me 5. Once I realized, I went back up and she immediately recognized the problem and gave me .27 cents, confusing my order with the last one. She was really apologetic and was able to find my order. She was really nice!

This place is a hit or miss. You’re lucky if you get someone who knows how to make your drink correctly. On the contrary, you can get someone who doesn’t even know what they are doing. I’ve been a regular customer at this jamba juice for a couple years now and certainly knows who makes the better drinks. I personally prefer Dorothy, she never disappoints me. Dorothy always recommends new drinks and sparks little conversation. The person who came off a little rude is this girl name Anna. My friend and I came in for the mango a gogo. We usually don’t have a problem but it turned out really sour. We understand that the drink is sour but this time it was extra sour. We asked if she could make it sweeter but she came off rudely and stated the obvious that the drink itself is sour. We know how sour it should be and this time it was pretty off. I would have gave this place a 5 star if Dorothy made my drinks every time I came here.

I’m a regular customer here and honestly the drinks are unpredictable. You may get a fantastic smoothie or get a horrible smoothie. As a regular customer I don’t change my order often; I usually get mango o go go or white gummy. That being said I know how my smoothie should taste like. This morning I went in (because of the buy one get one free) to get my regular mango o go go and the lady who made my drink made it extremely sour. I came back to tell her and the girl «Anna» had a scornful and impolite attitude. Instead of making a new smoothie, she just added ice and yogurt which turned the drink flavorless. In contrast, there is a work/​manager name Dorothy and she is phenomenal! She actually talks with her customers and her smoothies are out of this world. She has a very zealous attitude which contributes to her sense of humor. All in all, this Jamba Juice can produce the most delicious smoothie or a disgusting one.

My friend and I come here quite a bit, but my friend goes more often than I do. I love that this place is clean whenever I’m there and I love the customer service!
Dorothy knows my friend name as well as many of the other workers. We always get greeted. My friend, Rosemary gets her usual, but for me I like to try different ones!

The juice was good — just like any Jamba branch. I ordered Mango-​a-​go-​go and Pomegranate.
So why one star?
The cashier took my money and did not give back change. It was 5 cents change — she pretended not to notice. I despise the dishonesty, seriously.
