I work at Divan hookah lounge in downtown San Diego and janitorial building service has been services us for months now and we couldn’t be happier. I am a building manager in San Diego, and I am pleased to say that Janitorial Building Service has earned a long term contract with us here. We were occasionally calling in cleaning companies when needed in the common areas and offices. But for the price, convenience, and most importantly outstanding customer service, a regular service is well worth it with these guys!
The cleaning crew is always in and out and the job was excellent — seems that they take a great amount of pride in their work, which puts me at a peace of mind hiring their company knowing the job will be done correctly each time.
Sometimes, you have a company send out a cleaning crew that comes in and they act like they are miserable or not happy to be onsite. JBS is punctual, enthusiastic, and mainly I enjoyed the quick, efficient work.

Thus far best cleaning company I’ve come across in San Diego. Not only are services reasonably priced, the owner himself contacts me to ensure everything is up to par and done right. We have used this Janitorial Service company at our office building for a few months now. They come once a week and have no problem adjusting to our schedule or staying additional time if needed. We told them the conference room and kitchen was the most important part of the cleaning and we get a call about once a month asking how our cleaning went and specifically asking about the kitchen and conference room. Decided to try out a professional cleaning service for the first time to help out with the chaos of the new year coming.
Janitorial Building Service answered on the first call (you’d be surprised how many companies I had to call before some answered) and was able to book me a cleaning for the following day-​today, this morning. The crew arrived on time at 10:20.(scheduled for 10−11am arrival) and got right to work after taking a few moments to walk through the house with me.
I spent the 3 hours getting some yard work done, and by the time the kids got home my house was clean inside and out!
Never thought I’d be the type to use a cleaning company in my home, but seeing how great they did I might be sold on a regular schedule. Thanks!
