Jared Nelson was the definition of the perfect Realtor. I was recommended to Jared by a co-​worker over a year ago. Initially, I wanted to see what was available and what I could reasonably look to afford in San Diego. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions that Jared explained in detail. He viewed properties with me for over a year, with no pressure before my fiancée and I found our dream home. He then worked tirelessly to make sure we got it. Buying a home with Jared was one of the best decisions I have made. I would recommend him to anyone!

Jared and Jeremy made the selling home process as easy as it can be. It was well explained to us immediately and whenever something was vague or required a second review this duo went the extra mile to make us comfortable and hopeful with the swift outcome that was the condo sale. After a successful listing and amazing video, no wonder the first buyer that visited our house was delighted and it was a done deal on the spot. The sale price was exactly what the buyers expected and after a couple of points that were actually resolved by the broker crew, it was just a formality to have the buyer satisfied and having the deal concluded as fast as it can be. Jared was extremely helpful, personable and patient with my many questions and requests since this was my first home purchase. Jared helped us sell our house in record time for top dollar. He really listened to us as we described upgrades, pros, cons, of our house/​neighborhood. He told us straight what we needed to fix (e.g knock down those weeds, plug in air fresheners). He did thorough market research and then timed the listing, realotr open house and public open house perfectly. We only had to have one each open house and got 4 offers which he helped us negotiate into 3 counter offers to choose from all above asking and above neighborhood comps. Our only fear was that it wouldn’t appraise, but luckily it did. And if it hadn’t he’d be the guy you’d want negotiating. He was smart, informed, and direct. I’d definitely work with him again.

As a lender in San Diego, I have the opportunity to work with a number of real estate professionals on a daily basis. Jared Nelson is one of the better agents that I’ve come across, and for the following reasons:
1. Experience. There’s not a scenario or a buyer that Jared hasn’t encountered. There are very few Realtors with as many transactions underneath their belt.
2. Honesty. I’ve been part of a transaction where Jared actually talked his client OUT of a purchase because he didn’t think the quality of the home was reflected in the price. In a commission driven business, it’s rare to find this kind of integrity.
3. Knowledge. Jared really knows the San Diego area.
