This review is long overdue, as Jeff helped us get into our house about six months ago. My husband and I had been loosely working with someone else but we went to an open house and met Jeff and just had a great feeling about him. Jeff worked with us for eight months or so before we found «the one.» Throughout that process, he was constantly updating us on new listings and following up to schedule visits without being annoying or pushy. He asked a lot of questions and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Once he got it, he even convinced us to stick to those standards on the couple of occasions when we were desperate and thought of settling for less.
Jeff had a tight budget and low inventory working against him. We were outbid on two houses. Then, as if by a miracle, Jeff was able to get a seller to let us view her house a week before it hit the market. That gave us the advantage we needed, and we got the house. We initially started with a lender recommended by Jeff, but then Jeff suggested we switch because he was not happy with how that lender was treating his clients. Since moving in, Jeff still follows up to check on us and inform us about new restaurants and bars opening in our neighborhood.
My husband and I still like going around to open houses just to see what is out there. Doing this gives us the opportunity to meet a lot of realtors. We have yet to meet one who even comes close to Jeff. He has so much knowledge of the market and the distinct San Diego neighborhoods, and he really cares about doing what is right for his clients. I could not recommend him more.

Jeff is a great guy, and very accessible as a real estate agent. He was available most every time we contacted him, or was quick to get back. That is extremely important in this competitive San Diego market, where delays mean missed opportunities. He was quick to find new listings and get us into see newly listed homes before other buyers.
He helped us find a great house a few months ago, and made the process very easy. He is very familiar with the uptown /​Hillcrest /​and Heights areas, and all other San Diego neighborhoods.
If knowledge is power, then you will have a very powerful ally when Jeff is representing you for your purchase or sale.

We used Jeffrey for his expertise and knowledge with investment properties. He not only shared his own personal experiences with rental ownership, he walked us through the entire process step by step. He was extremely instrumental in getting our rental leased in a very short period of time and handled all the details. Our experience with him was so positive, it removed any anxiety we had about owning a rental and dealing with tenants. Jeffrey was always professional and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. He continues to be a valuable resource for us sharing his knowledge of the market and home ownership.
