Second year in a row using Jump 4 Adan and nothing but good things to say.

Ordered a standard jumper. Was in great condition clean and BIG. On time and great service. Will definitely get again.

I was nervous based on the mixed reviews but we had nothing but a positive experience with this company. I NEVER write reviews but had to give this company 5 stars for their professionalism. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Set up was 5 minutes and the jumpy house and slide was in such good condition! I was so happy! I’m sad I forgot the name of the guy that helped set up but he was so friendly and pleasant to work with. The kids had a blast and it was all a great success thanks to Jump 4 Adan. Will definitely use them again.

I’ve used this jumper company 4 times and all 4 times have been great. They were on time. Set up and took down with no problems. I like that they don’t rent by hour they rent by day unlike other jumper rentals and they display their prices online on their website.

We got a coupon from our friend’s kid bday. There are good selections of jumpers and the jumper we rented was very clean. They called us to make sure the delivery time before the event, and also they contacted us immediately the jumper pick up time would be late a bit.
…which was perfectly fine for us… our kids got to play with the jumper longer! :)
I see many negative reviews here and I am actually very picky person, but I thought they are very professional and well organized.

I would have written up a poor review if this situation turned bad, but this company handled a mistake on their end nicely. They reimbursed me and without grief returned to pick back up the jumper they kept on reservation in error. Thanks for quickly resolving!!!

The people that came and set up and tore down the jumper were as nice and professional as could be expected. Management on the other hand, could use some customer service training. We got rained out. I mean torrential rain. They didn’t tell me that the jumper came with a warning sign that said «Risk of Electric Shock if Used in Rain.» When I called to discuss this, there was a very defensive attitude on the part of the guy on the phone. He then proceeded to hang up on me.

I didn’t even place an order because the pricing was fucking ridiculous! Instead of charging extra for service in Escondido, you have to have an order with a $ 300 minimum! That’s crazy. Then why do they say they can deliver in north county areas if you have to pay triple?

What a huge difference this company is now, I was told that there is «new» owners so not only they do not honor the same price but who ever answers the phone is so dry and not friendly; as before I use to make my reservations with an older Latin man that was very nice and had great customer service! I have been renting from another company. This «new» owner has lost my business

The jump house was in great shape and so were the tables and chairs BUT they were 2 hours late to my party and blamed me for not giving them the correct location when in fact, I know I specifically said which area/​city the park was in. The lady taking the order was really unprofessional and I was the one asking her what info I needed to provide… She did not ask me any questions whatsoever and I was the one telling her all the details. No confirmation email and only a phone call the day before. It’s probably why they got the wrong location because nothing is written down. Never again! Don’t stress out at your party, go somewhere else that’s more professional and doesn’t blame their customers for something that was their fault! Horrible service.

Outstanding experience with this company for a second time. Great selection, great prices, on-​time for delivery and breakdown and very easy to work with. I would use them again without hesitation and I highly recommend them. Many thanks.

Prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of jumpers. The booking process was easily done over the phone. However, I would have been more comfortable with an email confirmation with an invoice listing what I ordered. They did call the day before to confirm and luckily they had everything right. They only accept cash or check.
Bad thing was they showed up 25 minutes late!!! If you use them, have the drop off time set at the absolute earliest possible time. Of course, picking up was done at the correct time.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! I reserved a bounce house with a cotton candy machine weeks in advance, however, on the day of my party, they did not deliver the blue cotton candy as reserved. When I called and spoke to the owner he said that there is nothing he can do because it wasn’t noted on my order voucher that I wanted blue candy powder. And if I wanted blue candy delivered to my party, he would charge me extra for it. Are you freaking kidding me? I know for a fact that I asked for blue candy since I was throwing my SON a birthday party. I mean, why would I ever order pink cotton candy when I was having a birthday party for a boy??? These people are irresponsible, unprofessional and rude. I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know to not use them. I hope they go out business soon!

The day before my niece and nephews party I was informed that the jumpy I had reserved thru another company had a hole. I panicked. Spent a couple hours looking at different companies and came across jump 4 Adan. I was super stressed. I called got a machine and was called right back. The woman was super helpful and very patient with me. She explained what water jumpys they had available. I chose one. Man am I happy I went with this company. From start to finish they all were so friendly and helpful. I can not say enough. Thank you for saving my niece and nephews party I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family

I had a terrible experience with this business. The owners are extremely rude and lack any sort of customer service and professionalism. I initially intended to rent round tables, chairs, and a jumpy from them. Well for one they showed up late, and they brought me the wrong tables. I called the owner to find a solution, and he said it was my fault. He said if I didn’t like it, then he would just have his workers pick up everything and leave me with nothing after I already paid. Unbelievable!!! Sad to see people like this running a business. Rather than trying to fix the problem they ruined my party. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTY RENTAL BUSINESS! I wish there was a zero because their not even worthy of one star.

I had a birthday party for my son at Admiral Baker park. Jump 4 Adan showed up on time and they were very professional. The jumper was clean, the prices were good and the staff was friendly. I will use them again!

I had a great experience with this company from the begining to the end ! First the conversation with the receptionist went well, she gave me details on their jumpers and how they run their business, very polite aswell, gave me all the answers to my questions. I LOVEEEE all the selections and variety of jumpers they have you name it and they’ll most likely have it ! when their employees came to set up the jumper they were polite and respectful they did their job in a professional way. May I add that their popcorn machine was a big hit with the kids ! I had a very pleasant experience with them and I will continue to use this company & recomend them: D

I ordered a 5 in 1 Princess jumper Along with some tables and chair & A Cotton Candy Machine. The Jumper Was Supper Clean. The Tables And chairs were clean as well. The Cotton Candy Machine Was Clean And In Good Condition ! They Arrived On Time For My Daughters first birthday party. The People Were very respectful, Very Friendly ! I Was Very Satisfied With This Company, I Would Re Hire Them Again Next Birthday !

My first experience with this place last year, made me want to rent from them again this year. Last year, they had 2 very professional guys come out on time, and were very well equipped and efficient with setting up the jumper. This year however, the guy who came, came alone and was not at all prepared. He kept saying how he was by himself blah, blah, blah. He thinks it’s totally okay to leave the cord unsecured right in front of our house! I ask him to tape it down and he tells me he doesn’t have any. I ran inside, grabbed the first tape I could find and handed it to him. Last year, they had brought their own tape which was nice and bright so that we’d be aware of what was under it.
Time to pay. I ask him if he can break a $ 20. Nope, didn’t bring any change. So not only do we have to pay cash when they set up, but now I’m going to have to pay more because this guy wasn’t prepared?! All right, time to pick up the jumper. The guys that come must love my door bell because they can’t seem to stop ringing it! First time we rented from here, they were in and out. This year, I think they were fishing for a tip for picking up. But dang, I tipped the guy $ 20 this morning! How many people do I have to tip that just happen to not have any change?!
I will NEVER contact this place for any event we have going on.

I had a great experience with this company last May. I ordered the 4 in 1 Mickey Mouse jumper along with chairs and tables. Everything was delivered on time and they even helped me set up everything. The jumper was in very good condition and clean. Everyone kept asking where I had rented from because the kids had so much fun. I will definitely be using them for my sons party this year as well !

Horrible, unprofessional, dispicable! This company ruined my daughter’s birthday party. We reserved a specific bounce house for a Saturday party, received something totally inappropriate, for a much older age, making it not only useless for us, but a tease for the kids. They refused to do anything about it, told me to call the office on Monday. When we called they behaved deplorably, came out with obscenities and insults before we got a chance to say anything. They are clearly well practiced when it comes to unsatisfied customers.
Sure they are nice and professional when you initially call and make a reservation or provide a payment, but the moment it goes wrong, and believe me, IT WILL, just wait and see how they morph into disgusting creatures. They refused to give me a discount or even pay the DIFFERENCE in cost between the one we reserved and the one we received (since the one we received was much cheaper).
I would not rent from them, if only for the fact that they just cannot sustain a business the way they treat people and with what they put out into the universe. Eventually you will be out any money you give them and it’s a crap shoot whether you will get anything you thought you were paying for, when you thought you would receive it.

I work for a non-​profit private school. We have used this company a few times and haven’t had a problem until this past SUNDAY. They called to tell me they were running 20 minutes late. We only rented a jumpy for 3 hours for a school event. They ended up being an hour late.
They called me a few times and were completely rude and inappropriate. I asked for the owner to call me and they said he was too busy too call me. I called the business line and left a message and still haven’t heard from them. They would only discount us $ 10 for them being an hour late.
They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, and have no consideration for their customers satisfaction.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
