Do not go to this jewelry store for custom jewelry. They have no problem selling you overpriced jewelry from the case, but are not trained jewelers, so don’t expect much. I bought my fiancé’s engagement ring there and went back to order the wedding band. She wanted to get 4 bands that stacked. I was quoted a price and then It took 3 months to get a mold of the rings only to discover that they were not what we wanted. The salesman, Keith, was unable to convey to the jeweler how we wanted the ring. When he finally listened and was able to tell the jeweler what we wanted he then doubled the price. We canceled our order and will not be back!
