A really, really big store. We’re from Phoenix and we don’t have Bed Bath Beyond stores like this there!
Went for a shower curtain and found selection that Macy’s didn’t have! Very happy we stopped.

I like this store a lot! Each time I called for the availability of a product and have them save it for me at the customer service desk. Everyone I speak to is friendly and goes out of their way for the customers. I LOVE that they take even their expired coupons. Makes me want to buy more stuff– lol!
The reason for the 4 stars is because the parking is a pain (smallest parking spaces ever), and waiting in line at the registers takes awhile (but that’s because they give their customer their full attention to make sure everything is to the customers satisfaction)… Bed Bath and Beyond is worth the pain in the butt parking and standing in line :)
The Mira mesa store is awesome too, with no crowd, no lines, and large ample parking. Just a further drive than Mission Valley

It’s 5:30pm and only 1 person working Customer service, why!!! Hire & schedule more people! Staff is pleasant & helpful. I blame management. I’ll bet several people that work here would love more hours.

I absolutely love this place. Yes, it gets hectic especially during holidays but I love how they take old coupons no matter what. You can find pretty much anything needed for the household. Toiletries, linens, travel stuff, kitchen ware. Almost everything!

I love bed bath and beyond they have every cooking thing that you need, I was looking for ramekins to make Crème brûlée and looked everywhere, the last place and wouldn’t you know it, they have it, it comes with a torch too, there are some for 19.99 and 29.99 but don’t forget to use your 20% off coupon. It never expires. This store also carries wine and beer and of course the great goody of foods too. Specialty teas and coffees as well:)

Tonight I went with my wife to buy a new pillow, and found myself having another great experience.
I wound up purchasing a standard therapedic cooling gel pillow/​memory foam ($ 49.99) and the most comfortable pillowcase sheets I have ever felt, standard size sheex ($ 49.99).
Customer service: outstanding from start to finish.
Selection: Great selection of pillows and pillow cases. Several brands of memory foam pillows, cooling pillows, all sizes… you get the point.
During checkout Denise was extremely friendly and helpful. She was able to make us laugh even though we were tired and shopping right before going to bed.
Before we left the store, we wanted to ensure the pillow case would fit the pillow. In the process, we found that the backside of the pillow was yellowed and did not look new. The package was sealed but I did not want a pillow that did not look new. At the customer service desk, Ashley was very friendly and allowed us to grab another box to see if another pillow would look the same. The next pillow was also yellowed on the back, I was debating returning the pillow and just leaving with the pillowcases. The staff wanted to make sure that the stock of that type of pillow was ok so I opened a third pillow and to my satisfaction the third pillow had no yellow marks and I left with said pillow.
This is the second time I have shopped at this Bed Bath & Beyond location and both times I was very pleased with my experience. The first time I was so impressed by the staff I made sure to tell the manager before I left. Kudos to this store and the staff for doing an outstanding job!

This BB&B location is large (two stories) and has a large parking lot out front, but the parking spots are fairly tight (close to each other).
The best thing about Bed Bath & Beyond is that you can save about 20% off anything if you save the coupons that are mailed to your house. The last time we came to this location, we found what we were looking for on the second level — fitted bed sheets. They were $ 49.99, but with the 20% off coupon, they came out to be $ 39.99 before tax.
I like everything about this store except the checkout stands. They are close together and with high dividers are kind of hard to see which one has the shortest line. Except from that, this location is big and has a nice selection of items.

The staff is always so friendly here! 20% off coupons never expire and they can search items online and have them sent to you if not in stock! Thank you for making my shopping trip such a breeze!

For me to admit that I love this store probably gives you a clue as to how «cool» I really am. I mean, I get really excited about dishware (and candles, and the in store Cost Plus for wine and beer, and every gizmo I’ve possibly been able to see on TV.)
So this particular location has the size and space to keep from overwhelming you with the sheer amount of stuff they have to offer. Seriously, most BB&Bs barely have enough space to push a cart through but this one is spacious enough that shopping the aisles is a breeze. They also have a large selection of wall art and decorative items which are reasonably priced, so that’s nice. Plus their selection of other household supplies is vast. I will say that it’s a bit disappointing they don’t stock any Eastern («regular») King bedding in store, because not all of us have space for a Cal King! But, I suppose I understand it.
Hit up this store in the morning or later in the evening (7ish) to avoid the crowds, because its location makes it a fairly convenient store for quite a lot of people, including SDSU students/​their families. And most of all, don’t forget your coupon! Only fools pay full price at BB&B!

The biggest and nicest bed bath and beyond I’ve ever been to. Huge selection of everything! Awesome selection of wine. The staff is helpful and Knowledgeable. It would be easy for me to hang out in this store for hours just exploring.

These bath rugs fail the U.S. Department of Commerce Standard FF2−70 (flammability). Look at all the tags on the rugs here.
Why do they sell these? They aren’t even cheap at $ 29 a pop.

WELL DONE KIMP! We shopped at this location nearly every week for a number of years before we moved recently to Solana Beach. It’s great because it’s also a Cost Plus World Market so we could pick up beer, cosmetics, almost anything. Back in April we bought a 50 ft pocket hose here for use at our new address and unfortunately it sprung a big leak a couple of weeks ago. We took it back and a guy named Kimp looked after us, ordered a new one and had it sent by Fedex to our new address within a few days. Even though we have always been happy with the customer service at this particular BB&B and other branches we were blown away by the exceptional service we received from Kimp. And this was not the first time Kimp had helped us. Amazing service like this just makes life a little happier.

Above average bb and b. Items are easy to find and the stock seems to be enough, especially the bedding department. It is hard to find some help with an item you are looking for during the weekend, because the workers are super busy with other people and tasks. Maybe I should come during the weekday afternoons.

We love coming here. The selection of products is fantastic. One of the very nice things they offer is complementary do-​it yourself gift wrapping.
That being said, don’t ask for assistance at that station. Our cashier offered to get an associate to help us with our bulky package.
He called over to Bridal and asked if anyone was available to offer us some help. The associate on the other line didn’t realize she was on speaker and said she would but would charge us $ 2.99. At that comment, our cashier quickly picked up the handset and tried to recover. Having already paid for the item, we told him not to worry about it.
At the wrapping station there was another customer having difficulties wrapping her gift so we waited our turn. Once we had gotten there and once when we were finishing up, an associate offered us help but we declined both times.
A lesson to those who do customer service: always assume your conversations are public.

Easy parking in front of the store. Great variety of products. The store is clean, employees nice and very helpful.
It’s hard to find things tough given the layout, but the employees always help you.

Since I wasted my entire trip down here 40 minutes in driving time and probably $ 8 in gas I am giving them one star for failing me.
I just moved and was going to buy a bunch of stuff for my place. Potential here for a lot of business!!!
BUT!
Even though I signed up for their bed bath and beyond club online as well as on my phone I did not receive my 20% coupon. I went and asked a sales associate why I had not received it yet. They did not know so I asked them if they would honor their offer to give me that 20% off on my first purchase.
I already had several items picked out and had spent time walking around the entire store. They said no we will not. Whole reason I came here is due to the fact that they offered me 20% off for signing up for their club.
Since they don’t seem to want to honor their offer or take the rest of my money I left my entire car there and I am now going next-​door to Macy’s. They are always very accommodating there and have great sales at Macy’s.

Best BB&B I’ve ever been to! I love that it’s combined with a world market! We drop by at least once a week to grab our favorite pasta sauce from New Jersey! Slightly pricey but, by far the best pasta sauce ever!
This location is a drugstore, marketplace, and department store combined! The best of all worlds!

I’m giving 5 stars because BBB has changed a lot since the last time I shopped there – it carries regular cosmetics like a drug store (i.e, Maybeline), has World Market items, always has a 20% coupon (albeit off regular price item only), free shipping online if you spend over $ 49, and free gift wrapping paper, ribbon, boxes, etc. at a table equipped with scissors, tape, pens.

I like this BB&B because it’s 2 stories, the prices aren’t that high and they have some pretty cool stuff. The employees are nice and will say hello when walking by you which is nice because that gives you the opportunity to ask a question. I really love how BB&B has just about everything from nice pictures to specialty items like chocolate covered potato chips to wine and George Foreman grills. It can be a maze if you never been in before so you may have to ask how to get out of there or how to get down stairs. There are usually a lot of people here and the lines can be a little busy so just be patient. Also this is a great place to get gifts for your love ones or just anyone.

Hands down, the BEST BBB of all time – it should be called Bed, Bath, Above and Beyond!!!
This store is huge – two stories huge! Not only do they have everything household related products that you can think of, but they added a market department a few years ago and carry food and snacks from all over the world (courtesy of World Market)! They carry Daim chocolate from Sweden (that’s so hard to find), unique imported sodas, European candies… you name it, they have it, and then some!!! Also, very large selection of wine! – who knew?!! I have been on the hunt for some great quality bed sheets and went to a few other stores, but today I got some super soft 1000 thread count, 100% cotton sheets from here. (Photo attached)
The customer service is great! I’ve never had an issue returning an item, even if I didn’t have my receipt. I was probably greeted by a dozen people working there as I was shopping, asking if I needed help. My favorite cashier is Denise – she is sooo funny! I try to go to her lane whenever I see her working. She wasn’t there today, but Ron rang me up and he was fast and friendly too.
20% off coupons that never expire (well, the ones they email you do expire, but not the ones you get in the mail) — I’m in! And you can use as many coupons as you want at the same time.
