Im glad that I ask for their help with my papers. I’ve been in so many places but nothing else like KC Travel. Their workers are really good, friendly and helpful. My family is now with me here in the U. S and BIG thanks for them! They do great job. I recommend you to go to this office for immigration papers.

i absolutely agreed with the review above.
my situation with them was the worst travel experience ever in my life. their bus service left my family with an 8 year-​old son in lax. when i called them, they started pointing finger and didn’t take any action to resolve the situation. they blamed on the the bus driver leaving early and tried to blame on us not waiting at the pick-​up location, and on and on, with many unprofessional and unethical excuses. i had to end it up with a rental car to get my family back to san diego after a long trip oversea.
after getting back to san diego, i went straight to their office on van dye ave. and faced them. once again, they came up with same excuses even though they admitted that was part of the responsibility. the owner (hung) asked me to give him between 7 to 10 days to work for the solution but, up til now, two weeks passed by, i haven’t heard anything from him (them).
they are the worst service i have ever dealt with for the last 30 years traveling in my life.
i have warned them already. if they don’t take care of their responsibility, i wound report it to bbb and file a law suit, and i will do it with any cost, seriously.
take my experience and save your time, money, and avoid frustration.

This business can’t be trusted, don’t go here! when all the transaction went well, they will happy to collect your money, when the transaction have obstacle they will point finger. These people have no shame for their mistake or bad services. So, before you come here for any service, reconsider it. They can’t be trusted, with just travel services, I can’t imaging how people would trust them to filing tax or immigration services. I just wonder how many have bad experience but didn’t raise their concern. You will see the true of their color when problem arise. I normally don’t give comments to services, but I will have too this time and hope this comment would help other to avoid trouble
