Dr. Kosakoski was one of the rudest and most unprofessional doctors I have ever met. I was sitting in the dentist’s chair, asking him questions about pain management during a root canal. He didn’t offer me either nitrous oxide or a topical anesthetic prior to getting the Novocain needle. He gave me several rather condescending answers, then even mocked me. I was so offended that I took off my paper apron, got out of the chair, and walked out mid conversation.
My takeaway — he doesn’t care about or respect his patients, and prefers them to just sit down, shut up, and pay their bills. Do not waste your time here.
