I just scored myself a sweet place in OB and I have no one else but mylena to thank. 2 units opened up in the same complex and mylena was very understanding in giving me insight and the option to choose which apartment was right for me. I probably called her 6 times in between my application/​deposit and lease signing because of indecisiveness and speculation about the right apartment. she has been so available and nice while still garnishing the ability to provide with me every resource available to her. She is a genuine asset to krone and bushard because she did everything in her power to ensure that I am happy with my new home! Thank you mylena and krone and bushard!

Wow I wish there was a way to put negative stars! I’ve rented from many rental agencies around OB and Krone and Bushard is such a joke. If you rent from them be ready for them to not give a fuck about any problems you have. I might have to take them to court on account of them breaking the lease it’s incredible how terrible they are. And the girl that they have at the front desk is such a waste of space it’s a joke. She has to be someone’s daughter or mistress cuz no one that shitty at their job would keep it otherwise. So I hope K&B reads this and gets their act together cuz it’s kinda sad actually.

I didn’t realize asking people at a property management company about their rental properties would make them treat me like I had ruined their entire lives.
Will not be renting from them. Ever.
