My husband and I just purchased our first home together, and we were very pleased with Rowland Realty, specifically Alexander Hensley (our wonderful realtor), Marsha Lenyk, our loan officer, and Rosemary McClary, owner and broker of Rowland Realty.
First and foremost, Kevin and I have busy work schedules, and Alex always accommodated our schedule for the purpose of viewing houses. Often, Realtor Alex Hensley would view houses prior to showing them to us, and he ALWAYS had a house for us to look at, even though our must-​have list was very particular (we wanted LAND/​acreage in San Diego, but NOT far from our beautiful city of San Diego). Regardless, Alex found us our forever home in short amount of time, and was very professional, friendly, and caring in our search. Alex was never pushy or overbearing, which is opposite from how some realtors can be! Some realtors just want to sell you a home as quick as possible, but Alex loves what he does and wants to find you the PERFECT home, no matter what! Buying our home was very comfortable with Alex. If for some reason we ever purchase again in the future, we’ll call Alex for the job.
Once we found our home, Marsha Lenyk was very helpful. She can honestly write late night pre-​approval letters for offers, and will make sure you get the best interest rate/​loan to fit your family’s needs. Rosemary McClary was also very helpful in our house buying experience. Rosemary and Alex were present for all «activities», including termite investigations and home inspections. They made sure my husband and I got everything we asked for regarding what we wanted the seller to fix, and let me tell you, the seller of our new home was very difficult to deal with.
Marsha, Rosemary, and Alex make a great team! I recommend Alex in helping you purchase your next home, and I also recommend his team as support in the home buying process.

Rosemary is a veteran and a very sweet lady to deal with. My condo was switched over to them from the owner and I haven’t had any problems with them. Rent gets paid, maintenance gets taken care of, and the staff are always pleasent to chat on with.
Ive been at my place in for over 4 years now and LOVE IT!
