We had an emergency last night, a Saturday night, the worst day to have an emergency.
My son «hit» Unilocal and looked for a review.
I don’t tend to use Unilocal or believe what I read. Boy! has this experience changed my mind.
My son picked L and L Carpet Care based on the many wonderful reviews and Called L and L for me.
What a PLEASANT and unbelievable surprise!
This incredible capable guy, Matt, came out on a Sunday and basically eased our fears, didn’t give us «a pitch» and just made the emergency go away…
I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about Matt’s competence, good nature and no-​nonsense work ethic.
He made a horrible experience tolerable. Thanks Matt.

I’m so glad that I called L and L! I called right before closing time, and Matt answered all of my questions. He was available the very next day, and gave me a price that I was really happy with. L and L takes card, cash, or check made things easier for me. He was prompt and very friendly and super professional. I had a few things in the room that I needed cleaned, and he moved them out and put them back in the same exact place. He was also worried about a couple stains that were on the carpet and voiced concerns that he wasn’t sure he could fully remove them, but when we looked at the finished product they were all out and the carpet was spotless. At the end, when he was done I asked for a receipt and he gave me a formal invoice as well as an emailed copy. I’m really happy with every aspect of the job and I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for an affordable job well done.

We were extremely happy with our service! My roommate and I were moving out of our place and we needed our carpets cleaned. We have 3 dogs one of which is a puppy that just finished potty training. Needless to say out carpets were trashed. I was shocked how cleaned he got my carpets. He got all the bad stains out! He also cleaned our couch and an my roommates mattress. Both of which look great.

Matt is a life saver! We came home from a family vacation to find our ceiling had leaked rainwater all over our master bed during a bad storm! After reading the excellent reviews I gave him a call. Matt was very professional, friendly, and was able to come clean our mattress the very same day, within the hour. At first I thought we were going to have to replace our (very expensive) mattress but he cleaned it so well that it looks new again. He sanitized it and was even able to remove a few old stains. Highly recommend! Excellent service and reasonably priced, you just can’t beat that.

Matt is awesome! Was referred to him about a year ago from SoCal carpet care because they don’t have portable machines. I live in a condo on third floor with no outside water hookup, so I was limited on options as far as carpet cleaners go. I needed someone who has a portable machine and L and L carpet care exceeded expectations.
Matt is very nice and professional and honest. Gave me a quote over the phone and stuck to it. He did my friends place a few days earlier and cut a neighbor and I a deal since we live right next to each other.
The carpet looked almost brand new after he was done. I had pet stains and foot traffic and black spots. He got them all out. Wish I had a before and after pic to share.
I also made the appt on a Friday and he was able to fit my neighbor and I both in on the following Tuesday.
Thank you Matt! Job well done! Will keep using his services .

Matt did a phenomenal job! I had some major stains in my carpet that seemed like they might not come out (never airbnb your place under the table ;)), and he got them all out on the first try! He was also really easy to coordinate with, and I felt a strong vibe of integrity and trustworthiness from him (huge considering that I was leaving the keys behind while I wasn’t there!). And given his reasonable prices, I now no longer have to fear getting my carpets cleaned again ;) Thanks Matt!!!

I live in an upstairs two story apt complex, so I need a freestanding machine and not one mounted on the truck. I called and talked to Matt, very nice man, courteous and explained my situation.
He told me the price up front, time he would be there. He called right before he came by. Felt sorry he had to lug all his equipment up two flights of stairs:). I showed him the areas I wanted cleaned, he gave me his expectations on the outcome. I even threw in an area rug I wanted cleaned which he did for an extra $ 10.
I had two heavy traffic areas that he worked hard to clean and he got most of the dirt out and you can barely see some spots, but I put my rugs back over them. It took over a day to dry cause he tried to really get those two areas clean, but it was ok, it was beautiful sunny weather and I left the windows open.
I was happy with the results.

Had hired a carpet cleaner a month previous secondary to having a groupon… What waste of 70.00!
Then… Found Matt — FREAKIN AWESOME JOB! Great work, honest prices, true to his word, and an all-​around nice guy. I have issues with some folk doing work in my home, but felt really ok with Matt.
End result was that he did what he said he’d do and did an AMAZING job at that! I don’t feel ripped off and I can lie on my floors again (not that I make a habit of that) because I have a huge couch… Speaking of which… He cleaned that as well…
Had a REALLY nasty section of the couch (thanks to some pretty irresponsible friends) and he cleaned that right up! I’d tried a billion different products to no avail, and Matt made that section look brand new… As he did the rest of the couch.

I moved out of my apartment and needed to get the carpets cleaned.
I found these guys on Craigslist and after looking them up here decided to give them a call. Matt was polite on the phone, showed up on time (and gave me a 30min heads-​up), and charged me the same price that he quoted me over the phone.
His rates are reasonable, he was professional and did a fantastic job! Better yet, nothing was taken out of my deposit in regards to the carpet.
I would definately recommend and use these guys in the future.
