Heavy concentration in insurance law, personal injury, Telephone Consumer Protection Act cases, third party vendor contracts, and litigation and employment matters.

Mr. Mackenroth is a seasoned litigator with over 17 years of progressive experience in the areas of business law, commercial transactions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance and employment law.

— Created and developed novel litigation strategy culminating in the dismissal of two multi-​million dollar broker liability class actions.

— Testified before the California State Legislature concerning mismanagement and waste of public funds by state agency officials, resulting in an audit of a $ 65 million dollar public trust fund and restructuring of the California Department of Parks & Recreation, Off-​Highway Vehicle Division.

— Successfully defended a client facing two simultaneous multi-​million dollar lawsuits (including a federal Civil RICO action), a contested divorce, and a commercial eviction attempt that threatened to shut down the business and bankrupt the CEO.
