Business Owner

He is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego where he was valedictorian and graduated Summa Cum Laude as the top-​ranked student of his class. He received American Jurisprudence Awards an astonishing 13 times during his studies. Mr. Shea began his legal career as a law clerk for San Diego Superior Court Judge Charles R. Hayes and has been practicing law since 1996.

Mr. Shea is highly skilled and effective at negotiating with insurance companies for the best interests of his clients. He has developed healthy working relationships with many insurance companies and their law firms. Thus, he is able to shrewdly negotiate fair and equitable settlements for his clients. When such settlements are not possible, he is a tenacious litigator with extensive courtroom experience and history of success.
