Wow! What an amazing business. Great prices. Excellent service. Easy location.
I just had 5 pairs of pants hemmed and a number of shirts done before I leave for vacation. The alterations were extremely well priced, expertly done and ready for pick up in less than 72 hours! Super hard working and honest people. As I read a few of the reviews here I can see, I am not the only one who has had this experience.
We do all our dry cleaning here now. They have definitely gone above and beyond to not only earn the business of myself, but that of everyone I know in the area. I can’t say enough good things about Legacy Cleaners. If you don’t believe me… try it out for yourself and prove me wrong.

I’m really excited about trying this dry cleaners, so convenient, clean and Usha is friendly and accommodating. The 24 hr service is super convenient and the turnaround time works well, if you need same day service… then no problem, they’ll make it happen! I recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about Legacy Cleaners. I brought in dry cleaning that I had been saving for months as I was in search of a location that would take of my clothes and preserve them. I have found that place! Their dry cleaning services are incredible and the clothes come back to you in perfect condition. They watch for buttons, protect ornaments and decorations and do an amazing job on everything from cashmere to jeans! Their prices are beyond reasonable. they are amazing! They care about their customers; the service is fantastic.

Just recently moved to Carmel Valley and there hasn’t been anyone more welcoming. The prices are great, staff is very friendly and make sure you are personally taken care of every time you step in the door. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

One of the best dry cleaners I’ve used. The ownership and staff are very friendly and helpful. They do an excellent job with not only quality of their service but also with how quickly they do it. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I love this dry cleaners. They are so professional and they really take care of your clothes. The location is great, you can drop off and pick up your clothes while you have your car washed! They also have a convenient after hours drop off window. Also they are the first dry cleaners I know of that send you a text as soon as your clothes are ready for pick up.

Great place located in a great location gas station, deli, oil change and nails they have it all I had a couples of shirts dropped and when I picked it up I was very satisfied they made a brilliant and spectacular job I would definitely go back and costumer service is super great lady owner very friendly and nice I loved it keep up the good work :)

Last time, I forgot some money in the pocket of one of my jeans. And guess what, I got a call right away from the owner and got my money back. Now this is called honesty and shows the integrity of the business.

Great dry cleaners, minutes away from my work! I was impressed by the great décor but their services impressed me even more. Good prices for the amazing work that they do. I specially like the 24 hours drop off service. Must try!

First time I came into the place, I had two pair of pants that were wrinkly and had a few sauce stains. The pants could not be placed my laundry machine for cleaning, and I was trying to look for a dry-​cleaning place near my company.
After hearing about this place from my colleagues, I gave it a try and in two days, my pants were ready for pickup. Both were clean and free of wrinkles, looking brand new. Plus, I got a discount of 20%.

Great dry cleaner, great customer service and «clean and modern looking»! Honest people working there — got my shirt today with an envelop attached — it was my cash I forgot in the pocket.
Price is good, drop off 24hs and they text you when your clothes are ready! Try it out!

Perhaps I was just extremely unlucky. I dropped off 18 shirts to be cleaned. They were ready on time, but of the shirts I had dropped off, 6 of them came back with major issues — from rips to stains. When I brought the problem shirts back in a few days later, they had an explanation for each one… mostly having to do with what they alleged to be the age of the shirts that had ripped.
Those shirts were not ripped when they went in to Legacy Cleaners. If they came out ripped, the least Legacy could do would be to not charge me. That just adds insult to injury. Actually, they should be offering me more than just refunding me the cost of cleaning, since I will never be able to wear those shirts again.
They did take back 4 of the shirts to try again. One stain, which was 100% their fault, on a relatively new shirt, came back with their stain again. They said it must be something about the shirt — «it’s bleeding».
Anyway, I didn’t want to bother arguing with them. It’s not worth my time. But what a disaster of a cleaners.
And by the way, I was paying their «discounted rate» of $ 2.30 per shirt (they have since dropped that cost to $ 1.95). That’s not really inexpensive. I know many cleaners when I can have my shirts laundered for less, particularly if I’m dropping off 18 shirts.
Overall, I am completely unimpressed with this place. Yes, the store front is nice. I like their cash registers too. But their service is abominable. I still can’t believe that they offered me nothing after relegating 6 of my shirts to non-​use. If I was retired, I would write a demand letter and then take them to Small Claims Court. But who has that kind of time?

I recently tried this dry cleaners because it’s close to where I work. I have tried all other places close to my place in UTC but was never impressed by any because of high price and not so good service. But this place has very reasonable prices plus great customer service. I recommend!

Usha was so nice and its super convenient having this dry cleaners tucked in right by where I work. Totally reasonable turnover time as well– drop off on a Friday at 1:30 pick up on Tuesday by 5. Thanks Legacy!

Finally. There’s a good dry cleaning shop in the neighborhood! I saw the sign & dropped off my clothes yesterday (looks like they have just opened) and it was already dry-​cleaned by today! Great customer service, clean facility & 24 hour drop off facility is amazing!

I tried this new dry cleaner and i am really happy with their service and price. I was one of the first 20 customers so i received 20% discount for my lifetime and i am completely satisfied with my first dry cleaning. Clothes were nicely packed and ironed. Finally i found a nice dry cleaning place. I highly recommend this place, beautiful store with great service.

So happy to see a reasonable priced dry cleaner in Carmel Valley every one else is just a rip off here. Drop my 1^st order costumer service was great haven’t picked up my order yet but after talking to the owner I felt confident that they know what they do. Not to mention I already got a text telling that my order is ready to be picked up.

Easily the most beautifully designed dry cleaners I’ve ever seen. The reasonable prices and amazing customer service were much needed in our neighborhood. Everything else I’ve tried in Carmel Valley has either been too expensive or sub-​par quality. Time to try a new dry cleaners people!
