The Los Angeles Light Hands Reiki Studio is now available on the weekends in San Diego. Reiki Master Marlan travels from home to home by appointment, administering 1-hour energetic balancing/clearing sessions that relieve your pain and give you a deep sense of well being. Marlan specializes in treatments for a wide variety of chronic illnesses including AIDS, ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, arthritis, as well as emotional and psychological imbalances. Yes, she can teach you private classes in how to use Reiki for self-healing and to heal others (Reiki I and II). One client suggested we change the name from «Reiki» to «Feel-Better-Fast-Energy-Healing»! It’s so simple, people can hardly believe it. Clothes are left on. You just lie there and feel better fast.

History
Established in 2012.
This San Diego Mobile Unit was born on the weekend of Sept. 15, 2012 when Reiki Master/Teacher Marlan Warren made a special visit to the home of a brother and sister in Point Loma who were in desperate need of help. The sister gained immediate relief from her first-time session, Marlan taught the brother Reiki I so that he could continue to give Reiki to his ailing sister. This success ignited a new branch of the Light Hands Reiki Studio and an idea for a San Diego Mobile Unit was born!
The L.A. Light Hands Reiki Studio was established in 2009 when Marlan returned to Los Angeles after working as a journalist and filmmaker outside of Hollywood. She created the Light Hands Reiki Studio and Institute as a sacred space where all who have interest in energetic healing are welcome. She has been a certified practitioner for 28 years.

Marlan is a certified Reiki Master/Teacher who received training in 1984 at the Los Angeles Reiki Center from Joyce J. Morris, the 44th Reiki Master in the true Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage (the original Japanese branch of Reiki). In addition to teaching Reiki I and II, Marlan treats clients in private healing sessions. Her practice also includes Long Distance and Animal Reiki healings. In addition to her Reiki practice, Marlan is an accomplished Tai Chi/Chi Gong practitioner.
