Right at Home provides professional individuals to help with the every day activities of life when they become too much to handle. Our caregivers are compassionate members of the Right at Home Family Team who are trained in various aspects of aging including (but not limited to): dementia care, Parkinson’s Disease, cardiovascular disease, and stroke. Our caregivers are background checked, DMV checked, CPR certified and interviewed by a team.

Right at Home knows aging isn’t easy, so we make doing business with us easy — our clients have more important things to concentrate on.

History

Established in 2006.

While Right at Home was established in 1995, this office was opened in 2006. It is owned by Marc and Tina Gray and staffed by a team of family oriented professionals. Originally from the Midwest, Marc was raised and educated in suburban Chicago. He received a BA in Psychology and pre-​medical studies from Wheaton College.

Several years ago Marc decided to leave his successful career in healthcare technology to the younger folks and look for an opportunity to make a contribution to the San Diego community while fulfilling a passion for helping people. Caring for our elders and others in need here in San Diego with Right at Home has been just such an opportunity.

We often take difficult cases that other agencies don’t want or cannot staff. and have developed wonderful relationships with all of our clients.

Business Owner

Originally from the Midwest, I was raised and educated in suburban Chicago. I received a BA in Psychology and pre-​medical studies from Wheaton College. However, I found professional opportunity in the computer software industry and pursued a career in the IT field for 30 years.

Several years ago I decided to leave IT to the younger folks and look for an opportunity to make a contribution to the San Diego community while fulfilling my passion for helping people. Caring for seniors here in San Diego with Right at Home has been just such an opportunity.

We often take difficult cases that other agencies don’t want or cannot staff. And we have developed wonderful relationships with all of our clients. We’d be delighted to come and talk with you about your options and how we can tailor a care program for you or your loved one.
