I recommend Lima Dive Service to anybody that need bottom cleaning for their boat in Central San Diego.
Clisely was able to pull my mooring ball and repaint the bottom as required by San Diego Coast Guard. He charges me a fair rate for montlhy bottom cleaning and is very polite.
