This area is hit and miss. It all depends on the families that move in and out. The office staff are the same way. Some are professional and provide top notch service, then there are the ghetto military wives that shouldn’t be allowed to interact with people! Maintenance is pretty prompt and if you threaten to call corporate on them you get faster efficient results. They’re all about surveys here so they truly don’t like to upset the residents. When they do, it’s 99% because of poor handling. One thing I will say is that military housing everywhere seems to be the same! Unruly, inconsiderate, undisciplined children!!! Some kids have zero respect for other people’s property/possessions. My car has been scratched and dinged multiple times because of these kids. Where are the parents??? Nowhere in sight or just sitting around gossiping with others. If you can afford to live off base, I highly recommend it!
