Lotus Gabriel at Pure Healing Now

I found Lotus from Unilocal,and decided to try. She is a kind person who is really passionate to help me. She introduced many ways and tools to get me more connected to myself, which are very valuable. Thank you, Lotus.

I have found Lotus extremely helpful in my healing process and road to sexual empowerment. I only had a few sessions and already her healing lead me the doors I have been afraid to open! She is extremely professional and has intention with every session you have with her. I am very satisfied with her work and feel she is very humble and open about her own healing process. I initially went to see lotus to connect deeper with my inner-​strength and develop some meditation practices to include into my daily routine. But after my first healing session with Lotus, I was opened up even more opportunities to heal my mind, body and reach my optimal best self! Lotus allowed me to feel lighter, at ease, and powerful, and I cannot wait to continue receiving the healing and wisdom that she has to offer.
I highly recommend Lotus to anyone who is dealing with chronic health or emotional issues and is ready to try something alternative. Her healing is stronger and more effective than any medicine or supplement, and has lasting, life-​changing and transformational effects!

It’s been five weeks since the retreat and I’ve been meaning to write this review. My experience was life-​changing. Some of the most memorable elements were the reiki session, partner-​practice, yoga, journaling, and group meditation. I had never done any of these with the exception of yoga. I feel that I have better tools to apply in life when I am overwhelmed or stressed; with more clarity and an ease in my willfulness. I look at this experience as the first step in a sequence of many future retreats and/​or «mindful» getaways.
My experience with Lotus was ever-​inspiring. She is a uniquely gifted woman who has few inhibitions with sharing her thoughts and creative guidance in life’s journey. I found it empowering and inspiring to spend time with her, reminding me of one of life’s remarkable gifts — to be present to what’s present. I do look forward to attending one of her future events.

We just finished up our 6 week book club on The Desire Map. It was moving and inspiring and I really looked forward to it every week. It was just great to meet up with like minds and be inspired and work together/​separately. She was the perfect guide and host for this! :)

Since my last review, I have gone to two of Lotus’s healing sessions and all I can say is YES, THANK YOU, YES, THANK YOU. Lotus has such a calm, healing presence and she so authentically pours herself into what she does. During the session, I was able to talk about some things that I wanted to move through and Lotus provided wise, compassionate insight. The Reiki itself was pure bliss. Both during and after the session, I felt so good, so clear. I was in the process of a major decision and after her session, a heaviness that had been with me for years, was gone. I feel very comfortable with Lotus because I know that she performs her healing work with integrity and love. I am totally Blessed to have the opportunity to receive her hearings. I highly recommend her beautiful services.

It’s been several years I got into depression, and I learn with Lotus about how to change things in my life in order to feel life, to feel happiness, to make my own choices, to live my own life.
I was in SD for a few weeks, and I extended my stay few more weeks to have more sessions with her, and I’m glad I’ve made up that choice, and still have session from France.

I have gone to several sessions with Lotus and all I can say is that she has tremendously helped me out. She has helped me go within myself to find out the things I want in life and how to steer my attitude towards those things. She is amazing and so pleasant to be around. Her calm energy really helped me relax and open up (which is something that is hard for me to do).

My Wisdom School experience with Lotus was healing and thought provoking. I especially appreciated the small women’s community model she uses to facilitate the sessions, which afforded the group the opportunity to explore the self further and to share insights with others as well; we created a community of both teachers and learners during our sessions together. I felt a bonding occur with myself and with the group. The Wisdom School was my first mediation experience; I was seeking a way to cultivate this habit in my own life. I am so thankful to Lotus for creating and holding the space with her Wisdom School Women-​each session brought me closer to awareness of my mind and body connection, as well as a deeper sense of my connection with other human beings (Lotus says we are human beings, with an emphasis on the word being). I will continue to build on the foundation that the meditation sessions provided for me. Lotus is an excellent teacher and a skilled thought-​facilitator; she is authentic and she speaks from a place of personal transformation. Lotus also is extremely professional, which I especially appreciate as I am myself someone who honors and respects time boundaries.
In addition, I also attend Lotus’ yoga instruction once weekly. It is clear that she prepares herself before she arrives to the group, meaning she is not only punctual but she herself is centered to be present for and to show up to the group. Lotus is sensitive to the needs of the individuals within the group, and she also invites opportunities for the group to create the session with her by asking for their input or their areas of intended focus.
I highly recommend a session with Lotus to open yourself up to the benefits of both yoga and meditation as a practice-​she makes both of these experiences accessible to everyone, respecting one’s own individual needs. As a result of Lotus’ healing energy and her positive instruction, I am awakening to more self-​loving kindness and self-​compassion. I invite others to journey with Lotus, and with the community she creates, along a path of restoration, wellness, and balanced-​living.

I’ve experienced pretty much all of her services from her Lotus Healing Sessions, Reiki, Meditation classes, to her Yoga classes.
I think I can say, I’m her number one fan.
Because in her Lotus Healing Sessions, she gently guides me to bringing more awareness to all of my being and she is there help me find inner peace and balance with my mind and emotions. A beautiful way to ground back to this Earth as I relax and let go. All of the words she shares during the sessions are powerful and can serve a purpose as I prepare to receive Reiki energy.
She is connected. Definitely connected.
Connected to source deeper than anyone I know in this world and reality. The truth we all seek within ourselves is so much more tangible when she leads me in a deep meditation to find out that whatever I was seeking in my exterior world has always been within myself. A HUGE lesson for me and one that I have not forgotten to this day…
Powerful conduit to the sacred Reiki energy.
When she connects and starts to channel Reiki, fasten your seatbelt! I’ve experienced Reiki before but never the same with Lotus. Perhaps her deep awareness and the Energy and Chakras wisdom she carries create this clearer connection. I had blockages in my energy centers where after a few sessions I felt more balanced and more OPEN. Also, I noticed I am becoming more aware of energy and my intuition is heightened, my dreams are becoming more lucid, and I’m manifesting the reality I desire more effortlessly. When we all become connected as well, we can FEEL more of that energy and you become more ALIVE. You become more a Human BEING, rather than a Human Doing.
Take a deep breath.
And exhale as she guides you to probably your most MINDFUL Yoga practice ever. Every pose, every breath, every movement, every moment, is enjoyed thoroughly. I love that she always adjust the class according to the collective experience level. She never leaves anyone behind with their yoga practice. I love it. Having problems with your pose? No problem. Lotus is there to make sure you are doing your poss properly and not hurt yourself! I’ve been attending her classes for awhile now and I find much excitement to going every time. If you would like to practice yoga and more than the physical aspect of it, then Lotus is a wonderful teacher to show you the Mindful way.

I have experienced several sessions with Lotus.
Although I was sceptic at first, she made me feel very comfortable. I really appreciate her following up the sessions and the tools she gives to find my flow in life. She really goes the extra mile to put you on a better path. She made me realize important aspects of myself that I have neglected thus far. I have seen Lotus Ta, at Pure Healing Now for Reiki energy healing and life coaching twice a week for several months. Pure Healing Now has a calming and welcoming feeling when you walk in the door, and Lotus has such a reassuring and centered energy that makes you feel so comfortable. I typically have a lot of stress and a million things running through my mind. It is hard for me to live in the present moment, because I am always looking to the future or thinking about the past. But, after seeing Lotus I feel like I have developed the tools to live more in the moment. Since beginning my sessions with Lotus I have noticed my ability to center myself is much easier. I am able to step back and take a moment and see the situation and how I am feeling and then react to what is going on. Lotus uses aromatherapy, guided visualizations, and chakra balancing in her treatments, which are great! She takes the time to explain what she is doing and why and makes the entire experience so enjoyable. I also love that Lotus sends follow up emails and texts on our sessions. She is so attentive and thoughtful, I feel so grateful that I have met her.

Lotus is amazing! Her room feels so inviting as soon as you walk in and her Lotus Healing Session is different from any Reiki treatment I’ve ever had. She combines a sort of Thai massage with her Reiki and it’s just wonderful. Definitely see Lotus if you’re having emotional, spiritual or physical stresses and she’ll help you through it with her splendid touch.

I have experienced Lotus’ healing touch and Reiki energy sessions several times. I always feel balanced and centered after my sessions. She has a true gift. I highly recommend her services. She offers a unique blend and style of healing. I lOve it!

I attended Lotus’ private Yoga class in Mission Valley area and I was beyond amazed at her beautiful nature. She’s calm, collective, and a beautiful spiritual soul that is more than qualified to teach Yoga and all things spiritual. As an intuitive and energy healer myself, I can easily pick up on other people’s auras and energy and Lotus is 100% pure and loving.
Her Yoga classes are very relaxing, and help practice mindfulness while being invigorating as a physical exercise — a rare combo only Yoga could attain.
Even if you’re a beginner, you’ll find her classes to be warm and inviting and she’s always walking around to help students out. I’m not a total beginner as I’ve had prior Yoga experience, but if you’re making the switch from solo Yoga to a group guided practice I’d highly recommend trying Lotus’ classes.
It’s nice to Warrior Pose by yourself, but its even nicer with other beautiful beings in the room with you all honoring the divine self and as a mean for personal encouragement.
