Mike is really great guy and very honest. Marty is kind of an asshole, and he treats you like you have no idea what your talking about. If it wasnt for mike working there would give 1 star.

Marty Moore is a treasure! We have been fixing up a 1979 Airstream & stumbled upon Marty by chance. He’s been in the business for decades & knows absolutely everything about RVs/​repairs/​service. There’s intelligent advice to be had about any aspect of RVs just waiting for you there. And don’t worry about sales pressure there, it’s not how they do business! Yay for local businesses that know what they’re doing.

Don’t even bother calling them. Incredibly rude and obnoxious on the phone and actually told me to shut up! Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

I had repairs done on my RV by these guys and like clockwork, they could not fix any repair on their first attempt. Lucky I lived close because I really had to bring my RV back to them over 6 times. For example: They sold me a couple bad parts as well including a bad master cylinder that left me broken down on the side of the road. When my generator stopped working, rather then check to see if it was out of gas, they replaced the fuel pump! That gave me a good laugh and was almost worth the $ 240.00 they charged for another one of their mistakes. They also «Fixed» a cracked gas tank by dropping the tank, welding it and reinstalling it. The next morning when I came out of my house, there was a river of gasoline flowing from my rv to a sewage drain. For the same hourly rate they charge, you can go to a real RV service center.
